This is a very unprofessional company the bosses are rude they dont know how to talk to people they dont give you your vacation time they mess up your check when you do over time and they dont listen to their officers they dont come to the sight and look around they show alot of favoritism and pay is terrible I do not recommend this crapy place to anyone

The most disappointing thing is how this company seems nonexistent in the open public's eye. Community relations would seem to leave a lot to the imagination. Unlike CIS, G4S, Paragon & Allied Universal.

I could say just as many wrong things about this company as I can good but I won't because morally it just wouldn't be right. But I will wish the best endeavors that continue to work for this company the best.

I have never worked for any other company that is as professional as United American Security. General Manager Eric Arapi is no doubt the best manager I've had the pleasure to work for. I look forward in growing with this company. I finally found my home.

I worked for United American Security since January of 2013. Due to a family situation I had to resign with them about two weeks ago. What I will truly say is do not pay attention to the negative ratings you may see below my review. Most of those officer's worked with United American Security for six months or less. I on the other hand have years and years to back up my review. In short United American Security has had not so good Vice Presidents/Branch managers-General Managers in the past. However the General Manager they currently have is a great manager. One of the best managers I have ever worked with. He is very fair and will treat you like a human being. Working with Mr. Eric Arapi was an honor and as long as he is the General Manager at United American Security potential employees are in very good hands.

This company is the worst security company I have ever dealt with. Their management is horribly rude, unprofessional, and very condescending. They don't care about their officers at all.just themselves. I do not recommend working for this company.

PEOPLE NO CALL NO SHOW ALL THE TIME AND GET AWAY WITH IT, THEN FIRE BETTER OFFICERS FOR MISSING A DAY! THEY DO NOT LISTEN TO NOR SUPPORT THEIR OFFICERS! POOR LEADERSHIP, NO TRAINING FOR NEWER OFFICERS, THEN FIRE THEM IF THEY MAKE ONE MISTAKE! NO CONTINUED TRAINING OFFERED! THEY NEVER HOLD THEMSELVES ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR OWN MISTAKES! THEY SUCK! RUN AWAY AND SAY NO THANKS! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I'm not sure why this company have bad reviews. It must have been the ones that wasn't doing their job. I must say i have been doing security for 5 years and I have done a little of everything, but when i first came to UAS I was like oh OK Igot hired at another job. I thought it would be like any other company. I was wrong For the first time in my life I truly feel i am gonna retire here. The Gm and Account manager are fantastic. I have never seen two people that work so hard. Thank you Jesus for leading me.

Plenty of opportunity for growth.became a captain in less than 3 month and within 48 hours of that I was offered 2 more position.the Gm, account manager and there major is Awesome

They have a security guard named robert zigler that spends all his money buying and doing cocain on weekends.
