The water test demo and sales pitch was great, 50 dollar gift card promise is fake, their water Softner costs you $6500, go ahead if you want to spend that kind of money if your water hardness is less than 15 grains, which you can easily treat by spending less than 2k, there are great companies out there.

Edit in response to owner - ofcourse they are fake, why would you not give it right away instead of asking the customer to mail the dummy gift card to a certain address and wait for 4/6 weeks? If they are real then should be given right away as promised initially on call.

UDI made the buying and installation process an enjoyment. These guys have changed our entire view on how water is supposed to be in your home. We lived in a new house with hard water and did not realize what we were missing out on. This company truly is making a difference in the water softener industry and truly cares about the customers.

Recently moved into our home and decided to go with UDI based off some other recommendations in our neighborhood. The install of the system was quick and painless and they even follow a schedule up visit to make sure it’s installed properly. During the visit they also run through any information on your system you might have questions on. They also test your water again to make sure that you are getting the proper filtration. We’ve noticed a huge difference in our drinking water (we bought the reverse osmosis system). It honestly is better than any bottle water we’ve had and now we take water bottles anywhere we go. Even notice a huge difference when showering with how easily soap comes off now. Family was having some really dry skin before switching, but now that’s starting to clear up. We would definitely recommend UDI to anyone.

Absolutely horrible communication about pricing, they don’t tell you about all the extra fees you have to pay if you move equipment nor do they even do a good job with setting equipment up. I had a tech come to my home that was just built and destroyed my grass just to try to find the water line. Then put the water pump far away from the outlet box to plug it in and tells me I gonna have to get an extension cord to plug it in when he could have put the pump right next to the outlet. I have had nothing but problems with this company sense I’ve had them.

Me and my Husband are so Glad that we decided to purchase this. It’s a GAME CHANGER. Our skin has improved dramatically. Our skin feels so lightweight and our moisturizers goes onto our skin more smoothly every since we switched our water. This was the best purchase for our brand new home.

Our experience with UDI from start to finish has been great! Everyone was very polite and knowledgeable about the system from our sales Rep Chuck to our public relations rep Lauren. Highly recommend this company. It’s been over 2 weeks since the install and we’ve already starting to see the difference. Couldn’t be any happier!

My family and I have been using the UDI water for about a month now. It’s improved my daughter eczema extremely. And I love the way it make our skin feel after baths/showers. Definitely worth looking into investing. The staff was very helpful and explained the system very well. They left no question unanswered. Our installer Houston was awesome and Rhino put on a good show.

Overall our experience with UDI from product to customer service is five stars! I will start with the (very few) cons and end with all the pros this product and company has to offer based off of our experience.
- Cons: The first sales person arrives to your door, they do not introduce themselves as a sales rep, you are not informed of any products being sold, and they schedule a follow up under the pretense of going over your *free* water test results. Normally once we found out this was a sales gimmick it would have been a turn off, however the company has very friendly staff who are able to pull it off without being overly pushy. Second con, would be the attempt to up-sale you, you really don’t need both the under the sink unit AND the large unit, just the large unit is perfect for our two story home, no need to purchase both. Last con, the company only communicated via text message so we missed our installer’s arrival due to only being sent a text as a “heads up” and instead of calling once they arrived, they sent another text and then left. If you don’t text that often, then you might want to insure your volume is up on your phone so you don’t miss them!
- Pros: Now for the longer list! All the staff we interacted with were extremely friendly and personable, you don’t feel like someone is there to sell you an item, which in turn made us want to buy even more! MJ, our sales rep, was funny, well mannered, a real joy to have in our home, and to top it off he knew his product and answered all our questions! And if the staff was great, the product was even better! We had just moved to Georgia and our poor skin and hair were getting dried out due to some unknown source (the water). The first shower after the install of our water softener fixed all of our skin and hair issues! Even more important, our pet’s fur is healthier, fuller, shiny, and she’s shedding much less which is a huge plus as she is a husky mix! You can’t really tell the difference in drinking water until you drink water from a restaurant or somewhere else and then you can really taste it! Our home water tastes better than any filtered water we’ve ever had. As a “little” or more appropriately, LARGE added bonus, the purchase also included three large boxes of soaps and cleaning products, they smell wonderful and clean just about anything without drying out your hands. Definitely a product worth purchasing!

My husband and I did not know what to expect with our water consultation but were blown away! Who knew how important clean water can be to your life. The consultation was eye opening to see what a difference clean water can make, and our representative was a blast! Ryan was professional and knowledgeable, showing us truths behind what makes up our water. He showed us the impact water can have on our clothes, dishes, skin, and food, and also our wallet. At no point did we feel pressured or pushed to buy the filtration system, which is a relief when letting someone come into your home. You can tell this is a company that believes in the impact that their water filtration system can have on their customers through their representative and partnership with the clean soap company. The partnership with the soap company is icing on the cake. Why go through all the trouble of having cleaner water and still use harsh chemicals? ! The soap is such a great add on that only proves how much UDI Water cares about their customers health and wellbeing. Installation was a breeze as they came and installed everything within a few short hours with no issues. We are thrilled with our new water system and highly recommend working with UDI Water. Hands down fantastic!

I had to install and use the UDI Water Purifying system to understand how hard and bad my water from direct public supply was. The UDI water is such a world of difference. The treated water is gentle on my clothes, skin and scalp, and the purified water is very pleasing to drink. I have used the UDI system for one month only but I can confidently recommend it at anytime.
UDI also creates a convenient payment plan that makes the system affordable. I believe that they make it that easy because Everyone Needs Clean Water.
Rhino gave me a clear understanding of the system and helped me to take the right decision to purchase the system. It was amazing to see the marked difference between soft and hard water, through the tests that Rhino performed. Houston completed the installation professionally without a single leak.
Three weeks later, Lauren come in to run tests and to confirm that the system is working properly. Lauren performed an amazing job in taking me through details of how the system functions and the necessary routine checks that I will need to perform.
I think that installing the UDI Water system is one of the best decisions that I've made in recent times.

The quality of the water just after one month of using the water filters has just amazed my wife and I. We notice the biggest difference not only in drinking the water but also when showering with the water. 10/10 would recommend

Amazing customer service. Don, Kenny and Lauren were all professional and made the process nice and easy. They each thoroughly explained the system and how it worked, answering all our questions along the way. They made sure we completely understood everything they were explaining so there was no confusion. We feel confident in our decision to purchase the water system and so far have enjoyed it. I would hands down recommended them to anyone looking for a water softening system.

System was installed within days after the order. Cannot express enough how much of a difference treated water brings to your life. It feels amazing to know that I can go to my kitchen sink and be able to have access to purified water in the comfort of my own home.
