Services used to transport a newly purchased vehicle from FL to TN and company discovered via an Angie's list search. I did a lot of research and received quotes from several other transportation companies. I found United Freight to be very competitively priced. My need was for a transport company that was licensed and insured that I could trust to deliver my car in a safe and timely manner and they did just that. Their online experience could have been better and there could have been some additional touch points in the shipping process, but they took care of my vehicle and got it to me when I needed it. It was picked up on day #1 of the three-day window I was provided emails with my receipt and signed documents, and I was called when it was an hour away and at my delivery location. Overall, I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. Very satisfied!

I found this company via a referral of a friend. Somewhat apprehensive given a negative review that I had read. We shipped a car from Florida to Colorado. And let me say, they did a fabulous job from start to finish. I worked with Guy, and his quote was via their Guaranteed Direct Dispatch Service versus their other service where they post your request on the bill board and it can take up to 7 days for a carrier to respond. It was better for me to have a scheduled pick up and delivery date/time even though the price can be a little higher. From the first call to delivery of our vehicle it was 6 days. The carrier, named Felipe, gave us great updates to location and drop off date/time. He was extremely friendly and delivered the car to us without any problems. I would recommend this group for vehicle transport and would use them again.

Please do not use this company. I really want to give ZERO STAR if there was an option. They delivered my car in good condition and timely manner however, there was payment issue/headache. Guy (who works there) told me to get money order which I did and gave to the driver when he dropped off my car. However, the carrier company kept harassing me since they could not get the money from the bank. The carrier company was Motor sport. They kept calling me and sent me multiple texts to asked me to cancel the money order. Obviously they dont know what money order is. I told them that it is not my responsibility since money order already has been cashed out. I told Guy (name of the a person who works at United Freight of America) about this situation and he was NOT even apologetic at all. He was not even professional when dealing with customers. He still has not send me any email whether this situation has been solved. He even threatened me saying that if the money situation is not resolve, carrier company might place lien against my possession. He was rude. Please do not use this company and please do not talk to Guy. I had so much headache with this issues.

These are brokers.not the actual carriers but the carriers they contracted to bring my car back 1500 miles so I could fly took great care of my car and great communication.

READ BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU COMPLAINTS.
I reached out in regards to a cross country move. When offered the services, it was basically that you can get the basic service but if you pay an extra $300 for guaranteed service, they would pick up the 2 cars we were shipping between June 23rd and June 25th. We were emailed by Ely, who was our rep, and told they would be picked up Tuesday June 24th. Then, when we didn't hear again, I emailed to see when they were coming. He said he would reach out. Then I was called and told that the truck picking up our cars broke down. I understood. I was disappointed that we got a rental car for nothing, but I understand that things happen. They promised to make it right and get someone else. They didn't call back but emailed me information for the new driver. No one ever reached out after that. June 25th, I called the number that was emailed because they didn't call. She said her dad was the driver and she was the dispatcher. She said she would give me a definite time in the morning. She never called. I called again. She said he'd be there around 1 pm. 12: 45 and I heard nothing. I called and she texted. She said she would see where he was. Then she said 6: 30. I told her we had to leave our house (it was packed and loaded) and wouldn't be home but would give a new pickup location. 6pm came and no call or text. I reached out again. She now said 9 or 9: 30. I said we had a very early flight and had been waiting for this pickup all day. She said 9: 30 guaranteed. I told her I was frustrated that I had to initiate every communication and she PROMISED she would tell us when he was 10 minutes away. She didn't. My husband and daughters waited until the driver got there at 10 pm with a duly truck and a trailer. He had no other cars and no room for other cars. The pickup was Friday at 10 pm with no other stops and the cars will be dropped off on Tuesday. It is an 18 hr drive. I emailed Ely twice with no response. I left a voicemail and he texted to tell me he would call me the next day. At 4pm CST 5 pm his time, I hadn't heard anything so I texted him. He called and I let him know what happened and asked him to make it right. I told him we paid the $300 for guaranteed service and tried to be patient but I think he should make it right. He told me he had to pay $600 out of his pocket for our cars to even get picked up. He is my service provider and I've paid him for a service he didn't deliver and he is telling me that I should feel, not only sorry for him but grateful that my cars are on the way. Seriously? My husband's car was transported by Blue Star by his company and they were cheaper and got his car here in a day and a half with fantastic communication. Ely told me he was sorry he even made the effort to get my cars transported. They aren't here. They are supposed to be here tomorrow but he basically told me he was done helping me because I asked him to make the situation right. I have never experienced anything like this and he told me the driver may have my kids cars - with things in them - at his house because maybe he wanted to spend the weekend with his family. Now I am fearful because of the complete lack of customer service or empathy for our situation and he's mad at me - his customer. I've never experienced anything so bad. I just want the $300 refunded because we clearly didn't get a guaranteed service.

Went with United freight of America for our Auto shipping because of all of the positive ratings/reviews. We were not disappointed. They kept us informed every step of the way and Ely Sharp could not have been more helpful. We had a minor hiccup regarding the timing and they took care of it right away. Customer service appears to be a source of pride at United Freight. Would not hesitate using again.

I would recommend United Freight of America. Upon requesting for a quote, Guy explained the process and broke down the prices to the services. Any time I had a question, I emailed Guy and texted the drivers. They were all responsive. I received my car on time! I would recommend this service to any one who wants to haul their car.
