I ask to fill out paperwork to send stuff International and she told me she don’t have it anymore it’s rent out
It’s not the first time that happened
Because they want to go home 5pm Exactly
And no stay after 5pm

On many occasions there is one employee who refuses to help you if you are mailing too much stuff, she tells you to go to another location. This is only after she watches you walk in with your hands full and makes distinct eye contact with you and then you wait in line for 25 minutes for her to say it is too much for her to handle.
This place isn't responsible at all also the mail carrier delivers my mail in the wrong mailbox I'm glad I have mail tracking that I can see what kind of mail is coming to me by the time that it does reach to be delivered they place the mail in the wrong box
I tried calling but it gets me nowhere somebody needs to upgrade this post service and also the post office as well very unsanitized
I have been trying to call all day from out of state regarding a mis-delivered package and nobody answers the phone. I will try faxing them next and hopefully someone will call me back. Not the service I expect after paying for Priorty Mail 2 day delivery.
My husband simply had to drop off a package. Already labeled. Only two people ahead of him and it took over 30 mins. Two workers inside, going slow intentionally. Highly unproffesional, who ever is in charge at this location needs to fix the issue.
Prefect location for downtown West Palm Beach! Clerks are knowledgeable and they try to get you in and out. I've noticed that they know many of their customers by name.which speaks volumes.
This may be the least competent post office in America. Out of 5 packages sent to us, this branch somehow lost 4 in the 200 yards between the WPB sorting annex and the branch. Unbelievable!
Easy in and out parking and drop off of mail. They offer full service including boxes, cards, ect. Also, they have a tremendous amount of P. O.boxes that are conveniently located right off Clematis for quck in and out access.
The workers are kind, and I truly appreciate that. However, they don't scan their packages that are dropped off in the bin, so I can't track where things are. They said that it's because I pre-postage them prior to bringing them to the post office. (however, if I wait in line and hand deliver it to someone, they would then extend a courtesy of scanning the package for me.) I recently moved and all of the UPS &USPS locations I used before this ALWAYS scanned my packages. Also, it states on the USPS website that: "USPS Tracking is the only USPS mechanism that provides end-to-end item tracking and is automatically included with all USPS domestic shipping products. " Either the office here is misinformed and honestly thinks that they do not have to scan the packages.or.: -/ Either way, I'm not satisfied because now my packages are late and I have no idea where they are.
Absolutely horrid. Avoid at all costs. Been trying to contact someone regarding a mailbox key that I paid 25 dollars to have re keyed. They gave me some stupid number to call that no one ever picks up. It’s been past time for the key to be ready for pick up. It’s bad because I really need to get my mail for important purposes.this place should be shut down for a complete and utter lack of customer service. Someone should sue them.
Very very poor experience! I’ve been waiting over a month on a mail box key. I was originally promised 2weeks tops and now there telling I will be another month. Very poor service extremely slow and employees look like they absolutely hate their job.
This post office is appalling. It is way understaffed and the staff it does have obviously do not want to be working there. Nice to know that our tax dollars are being spent efficiently!
VERY POOR experience. Extremely rude and emotionless staff that clearly do not want to be here. Applying for a passport and the man helping me was extremely rude and impatient/empathetic. He left in the middle of helping me to take a break.never coming back to this location.
Really like this place. Have been here couple times and it’s always empty and the clerks are cool and understanding.
Showed up with all my paper work except the picture to issue a passport and the clerk told me they didn't do that. I told her the government's site had that location listed to which she replied well that's a mistake. She was not rude, she was just very clueless.
Absolutely the rudest staff. I sent an insured and certified letter it never made its destination. Instead rerouted opened and sent back. No explanation just another $25 to re ship letter. The manager Gave me a disconnected number to the agency that opened the letter. This place always screws up. Every single time. Go with FedEx from now one.
Priority package has been sitting there for 4 days now and doesn't even belong there 33411 not 33401 people. Damn good thing I paid extra for priority shipped on the 15th way to go.
This post office should be permanently closed, horrible service and they do not pick up calls. #1 Reason why USPS is going bankrupt, they suck!
I am out of state and just had the worst experience with any USPS branch ever! The man on the phone was extremely condensending and sarcastic when all I asked was for him to give me a few suggestions on options I could do. I advise anyone who is thinking of calling in Saturdays not to. I am so disappointed with the service and mistreatment of loyal customers
