Terrible customer service! They dont have enough money to cash out one of thier own money orders for $163.00. I saw the lady collect over $100 dollars from clients and still said she did not have enough cash. Don't know why the post office issues money orders id they can't cash them out. I waited over 1 hour and half anf nothkng. Don't recommend this post office people are lazy.

Definitely the most unhelpful staff I've ever seen. They dont even look at you, are robotic, and clearly miserable. It's a miserable experience as a customer as well. Go to UPS instead.

Very helpful and always kind. Takes the time to assist you when you require help. Explains to you the different choice to mail items. I will not go to any other post office! Keep up the great work.

The lack of customer service appalled me. More like, can't help, better luck next time. I explained that I was trying to track a very important package that I had sent via certified mail, so that I could have it tracked, and know where it was at all contact points. I was told, well certified isn't guaranteed should have done priority. And that because they didn't have my package, that my claim to located my package was going to be dropped. They then said I could call the 800 number back, go on hold again, and redo the claim. I asked why they could not send the claim to the last location that had scanned it, and have them investigate it there. They said they couldn't. Not I'm sorry, let me see what I CAN do to help you, just I CAN"T. I have worked in various customer service roles, for over a decade, and if I would have ever not tried to help a customer, or rudely talked back to a customer, I would have been written up, or fired. I want neither of that, just simply customer service:
act of taking care of the customer's needs by providing and delivering professional, helpful, high quality service and assistance before, during, and after the customer's requirements are met.
Wish that wasn't too much to ask for.

This office has the WORST customer service possible, they just act like they don't care about the mistakes they make.
Also they are impossible to reach out via phone, you basically have to go there to be able to contact them.
Had a package marked as delivered but I never got it, still waiting for them to call me back regarding this issue.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I am so upset at the rudeness of the staff and inability to do their job. I have worked in customer service before, so I am usually pretty understanding. But I left so frustrated that I will drive way out of the way to go anywhere else.

Supervisor Mr. Wade was very helpful in helping locate my packages. Front desk cheery and helpful as well. Recommended!

Very nice, very clean and extremely nice staff I highly recommend this Postal Service very nice place to go to so if you need to send anything I definitely recommend going here. Also the stamps that they sell and the tape and the boxes are very low priced cheaper than any other Postal Service I've been around where I live!

Constantly either losing packages or taking their sweet time getting them out for delivery, staff is always unhelpful and acts like you're a nuisance to be there, delivery drivers always give the wrong houses the wrong mail and their delivery drivers always literally DROP your packages off out in the open for the world to see and never knock even when it's obvious someone is home. I guess when you have federal pay and benefits you shouldn't be expected to do your job efficiently.

The black lady with a short hair, highlighted with red, is the worst! The way she treats and talks to the customers is unreal!

This location is hit or miss. Sometimes you have great staff other times you have disgruntled lazy staff. Definitely go somewhere else if there's more than 6 people ahead of you unless they have more than 2 registers open.

There is a lady that has been there for many years that tries to belittle you and ridicule you every time you approach with questions or for service. The only reason for a 2 star is the other lady who helped was nice and smiled.

Very helpful and high spirited ladies. Thomas was extremely helpful as well! Very impatient civilians but they all handle it nicely.

Posted my package as hand delivered to someone when no one was home. Went there and was told it may have been put in the wrong mailbox. No follow up.

Closest place EVER. It’s the worst. I’ve gone there a few times and it’s always slow. Can’t they get staff to work? Can’t they hire faster people too?
