United States Postal Service reviews
15How do you operate a business without ever answering the phone? Called them 3 times and it rang for 5 minutes each. So unprofessional! Not to mention they have the WORST customer service
Don't ask for help from Erik. He'll take down your information for a lost package and never call you back.
I dropped off two packages at this store specifically, and both ended up getting lost in the mail. Charlie, one of the representatives was so rude, and made me pay the difference in shipping due to an error, and it still didn’t get to the buyer. Horrible USPS store. Don’t ever come to this one.
Are current delivery person is put wrong addresses in our box and others have been brought to us by other neighbors this new man is one of a half doesen in a couple of months.we had a excellent delivery Pearson named Kim.we would like her back.we need people who readbefore dropping
My experience could have been better. They didn't explain anything I needed to ask them about my new po box. And lied right to my face on 4 occasions
Postman left me a note saying I missed. A delivery and can request a redelivery by scanning the QR code, the form brings you to nowhere. I logged into my Informed Delivery app, the same thing, the form for redelivery brings you nowhere. It will let you complete your name, address and tracking number for steps 1 & 2, then steps 3 & 4 is a dead end. Called the Fort Caroline (nearest USPS) office and phone rang forever. Called the 800 number and I was told my hold will be 45 minutes or so. Customer service on this company is so screwed up. I wanted to patronize them, but they’re making it hard for people to stay in business with them.
This is the worst USPS office I have worked with in my life. Since I moved to this area 2 years ago, we have had numerous issues with receiving our Mail. I used to have a high degree of respect for the USPS, but this office has shattered that trust.
A Post Office is a Post Office. Why do people expect the world from a Post Office. The employees struggle because of all the changes over the years. I feel for Postal workers.
There are 3 windows and there is usually one Postal worker.that is not their fault!
Grow up folks.
The last time I visited the line was all the way to the door with one gentleman working behind the counter at 1: 30 p.m. I only had something to drop off it already had postage on it but there were no places available to put it and be sure that it was stamped that day. A kindly woman said she had things to drop off as well she would be happy to take mine. I know in this day and age that is absolutely the wrong thing to do. You're not supposed to give mail to a stranger or handle someone else's mail that I would never recommend doing this. But it did work out for me.
Someone who is covid positive can't get ahold of anyone over the phone about a missing package. I can't just show up to ask my question about my packages. PICK UP YOUR PHONES.
They large package drop box is always broken. Closing at 1pm on Saturday is also inconvenient for those who work full time. I asked today when the box would be fixed, since I can’t drop a package and was told they put in a request 3 MONTHS ago! Absurd. 3 months to fix a box so people can drop packages!
Even by lowly USPS standards, the customer service is atrocious. They actively try to be UNHELPFUL. I’d rather be in a DMV or a Walmart. Awful.
If you go there, make sure you value your time as much as they value your time, which is to say, not at all.
I wish they had no star raiting. I dropped off a package on a Monday and 6 days later their is no movement on the shipment. So I try to call and no one ever picks up the phone. I then drive up their to ask what is going on, and the clerk told me to wait a few more days. USPS can not figure out how they are loosing money
This post office is WAY faster than some of the others in the area!
It’s three years later, and I am here to confirm my review. I was at the post office on Beach, and the line was a monstrosity. I am sure that I was able to drive to Fort Caroline AND send my package before I would’ve been halfway through the Beach and Philips lines. IN AND OUT in two and a half minutes Seriously, if you can afford to, go to this location. It’s worth it if you’re short on time.
