The folks at this USPS location provide great service. Yes, they are not welcoming one with tea and cookies but they are service oriented.they make sure the client is taken cared. I have never had a bad experience at this location and the line moves very quickly.most important, all my packages are delivered timely.

We have lived in this town for over a decade now and we have used this office extensively and always with the best results. Thank you! You are outstanding!

Delivery Person to 33326 stole my USCIS documents, marked as delivered in mailbox. In his mailbox maybe.not mine.

Absolutely awful service. In general, my personal experience with USPS has been terrible. But this one lady in this location, she has grey/purple hair, she has the worst customer-service I have ever seen. Three times I’ve been to this location and not once has she actually helped with the issue. You’re better off hand-delivering whatever it is you need to ship. At the very least go to another location because this one is just terrible.

I am giving one star to this post office because I am absolutely disgusted by the treatment that I've received in the last couple of days. The unwillingness to help those in the local community is reprehensible. My current complaint deals with the fact that the apartment complex I live in, La Morada, and Greystar Management are currently in dispute with USPS and, as a result, USPS is NOT DELIVERING MAIL to certain La Morada residents. This is absolutely absurd between all three parties involved. I have gone to the local USPS office where the agents have refused to help, have refused to allow me to speak to the station manager and have refused to give me my mail. Neither La Morada nor USPS has been able to tell me what plans they have to rectify the situation or what I can do to get my mail. I understand that USPS cannot deliver the mail what I do not understand is why they refuse to give me my mail if I go in person to collect it. That is ridiculous and is done simply to spite La Morada while the only ones really being hurt are the residents. This is petty and childish.

Quick and friendly service. Great location if you're looking for a post office that never really has lines

Mail person just leaves packages in mailbox even if signature is required. Stop being lazy and deliver it to the house as instructed

They were totally out of priority boxes. The post office is better than a lot of them. I just need priority boxes to ship my packages

I usually dread going to the post office. It typically has long lines and the people that work there are usually so moody and dry. It always seems like the workers hate their jobs. But today I decided to do self checkout, and there was a worker standing by the self checkout that was SO nice. As someone that doesn’t send packages often, he helped me every step of the way and was very patient and helpful. By far the nicest person I’ve ever seen work at a post office. I wish I could have asked for his name, but he is a tan man, looks like he could be Hispanic. I can’t speak for the other workers that work here, but this guy was so helpful. THANK YOU for your kindness!

Awful: Yet another terrible experience with this post office. Package marked as delivered to front porch or door and once again it's a lie because I have a ring doorbell and no one delivered anything. Filed a claim to be told it was delivered to the mailboxes in my complex. The item is over 40inches long so theres no physically possible way it could be put in an apt complex mailbox so once again a flat out lie. They closed my claim stating it was delivered. Wow. So now ebay charged me $80 for a package I never received.

Absolutely disgusted with usps and specifically this awful location.

This is the 4th time we buy something from Amazon, USPS tag it as delivered left at mailbox, but we get nothing. The person delivering to 419 Lakeview Dr on Weston 33326 is not doing its job, or is stealing the stuff. On one ocation we even received an empty open box for package, always when buying from Amazon delivered by USPS. Never had the problem with ups or FedEx.

All the people here are very friendly and polite, except this guy Larry, he doesn’t know how to treat with customers, he has not patience and is very impolite, he has very bad attitude. I wish i could do it better

I came here to send a package. Monday at 9 a.m. The line was super short and the clerks were very helpful and friendly. Frank helped me put together my box and made small talk with me. Very nice experience, I will come to this post office from here on out.

Horrible customer service. I came to the post office to find out why my package was not delivered to my PO BOX. It was sent back to OPA LOCKA and now floating someplace in Miami (where I do NOT live). I was told yes that yesterday they had my package but it indeed was sent to OPA LOCKA with an unknown destination from there. The reason "we are sorry we have lots of new people in the back". I was then told I could put in delivery intercept in the hopes it comes back. It is priority mail why should I need to pay for a delivery intercept for something that was NOT my fault but your new people. A supervisor could have called the last location in Miami it was at or attempted to assist however that did not happen. I informed them that this was a military package and very important. Still only got we are sorry. I have put in a customer service ticket which states I will hear something in 3 days. Come on we could have fixed in one day possibly and I was even willing to go pick it up 45 minutes from me just to get my package. HORRIBLE

This place does not know anything about the current situation. They don't have hand sanitizer placed out, people are not paying attention for social distancing. The place is horrible and the number of people way exceeded the "ten people limit". Don't choose this office unless you really have to!
