15 THIS IS JUST FOT MY ACTUAL HOME POSTAL SERVICE EXPERIENCE. NOT FOR THE IN PERSON CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.
Our postal workers have been nothing but amazing, patient and extremely nice. They help my mother no matter what the task, and that makes me happy because she is not an easy woman to please, lol!
I don't know what you all are talking about. Richard is a very nice man, very knowledgeable, services quickly and he's always ready to help. He's nice to my elder friend who's handicapped and nice to me everytome I go in. It's a post office, consider the job and the service and have some mercy.
The woman there yelled at me and refused to listen when I was trying to explain to her about my hearing loss. I reported her to her supervisor in Punta Gorda
We're NEVER going back to this location after dealing with an incredibly rude woman at the counter! I've never been treated so horrible! It's no wonder they're hiring! Any other post office is better.avoid at all costs!
Delt with Richard last year and he was rude then let it go thinking he was having bad day delt with him yesterday and the same rudeness again im 70 yrs old and not acustomed to being talk to that way. Man went out of his way to aggrevate the situation. He is a poor excuse of a public servant should work in the back of store to save the public from his verbal abuse.
Most all employees are very professional, however one USPS employee was apparently offended by a religious shirt and cross I was wearing and started talking about judgement and religion while she was not even the agent that was assisting me. Also had a very rude tone and ugly look on her face. That should be unacceptable at any USPS location. Please do something about your employees and have them keep their personal opinions about politics and religion, to their selves.
This USPS location is by far the best! I know that they are underpaid and over worked. The staff is very knowledgeable about logistics; almost as much as me!
July 14th I sent a certified receipt requested letter out from the post office. They delivered it to another Town St. Charles. So now I am out 100.00 dollars I have been calling these people every month. They would have been able to help us but your mail service that I paid $7.00 for a letter did not get there. I have a big problem with this please help me.

Worst post office ever…, Mail never comes on time and skips days at a time. What happened I. Rain sleet snow etc? You all are over paid and the post office doesn’t warrant a raise in stamps
I live in Port Charlotte. The post office here is likely full of thieves and that includes the delivery drivers. We have had many parcels disappear, I can't even count them. Also opened and only select items taken. The last one was handed to our mail lady. It had postage on it and a tracking number received through ebay. It was never tracked again from the mail ladies hands. Just disappeared.
I had a great experience at this post office in the last month! I had a bunch of certified large envelopes to send. I only waited a couple of minutes in line and then Jennifer went to work and motored through all of the paperwork in record time. She saw that the line had three people waiting so she pressed a button and another postal worker came out. Meanwhile Richard was picking up packages and envelopes from each window and taking them to the back freeing up the person at the window to serve the customer. I live here and this is not the closest post office to my house but I come here because of the service.
My son sent me a Birthday, with the correct address and my name printed on the envelope. The card was returned to him stating no such number. It was clearly printed.
This was done in the sorting area. My Mailman is good.
Our address has been having issues with receiving mail for old residents. 1 - 4 pieces of mail per day.
I have not been very happy about this. I will be going to the Postmaster, to file a complaint.
I got here after 4: 15pm Monday and the line was practically outside the building.
If you wait, bring & sign your funeral papers. Oh by the way they have only two postal workers at the counter to attend you.
Richard and Steve have been really nice in helping me with shipping out packages. The parking here is convenient and they are open until 6 pm. Doors are automated unlike the other Post Office at Cochran.
Absolutely worst customer service from the people at the counter. You can tell none of them can think on their own, let alone try to problem solve. Ended up driving the extra few minutes to the Punta Gorda branch, they helped me quickly and solved the problem in under 5 minutes. I will not use this branch again.
