Awful experience. Rude staff. Learn your own rules and stop demanding. You work for us. The entire staff must be trained, and coached. Yall need to be more courteous & respectful

Wish I could give zero stars. This post office location is terrible.it is a 20% chance that you may get your mail or not. I haven't received my mail in over 5 days now

Besides some other people complaining, I always had a great experience there. All people that work there were friendly, willing to help and explain stuff if was not done correctly. There’s times where you wait a little bit due the line, but not a big deal. I’m satisfied with the service offered so far.

Absolutely horrible and ridiculous. There was just someone delivering mail, I am waiting for a birthday present for my husband. It said it delivered today come to find out AGAIN, someone else’s package was in the box with the key that I received from USPS. I don’t know what the issue is here but this has happened about four times now. When bringing the package to the person who lives in the apartment unit, she’s had missed deliveries about three times and no one ever came to give her her correct package. This is absolutely insane. The amount of money that I spent on this just to have someone who is inconsiderate not look at what they’re doing. And I’m still waiting for a callback for the past five hours. Absolutely ridiculous. If it was just one time then OK. This has happened multiple times and needs to be fixed.

The main office has always been helpful 5 stars for them! The carriers in this area couldn't find a correct address if they had a GPS glued to their forehead. I have more problems receiving packages and mail at this location then anywhere else.disappointing when you expect it done right.even with a tracking number and them stating it was delivered yet you never saw the package and your home all day.

Jon is the best part of USPS. I’m always happy to see him when I come for business. Always kind, patient, and knowledgeable.

Small and busy but usually they move people right through. I think the city is growing enough they could use another office somewhere.

I am a regular customer. I work at home and mail out my assignments. I have nothing negative to say about the Eau Gallie post office! It's the customers who complaint about every single MINOR thing and steal their FLOWER PENS! This Eau Gallie Post Office deserves all FIVE stars checked. The Manager is on duty all hours and very attentive. I see him, wave to him every visit, I know he's there. I stop at this post office once - twice weekly - all STAFF treat me well and with respect.

Why have they not picked up my package out of the mail box outside I put it in Friday and now it's Sunday and the tracking says label created not yet in the system

Being a 24h USPS for the lobby, it's frustrating that the package drop door is quite often labeled "out of order. " Being a manual operated door, it does not make sense.
