United States Postal Service, Tampa FL

I sent package last March this year of this post office, but they said package nowhere to be found. I believe it had been stolen. I hope in higher position will investigate their employees for inside job. I'm not saying this post office but in general.

Man these people at this post office cannot get it right.never opens on time.lost package full of medicine. Delivery drivers are STEALING PACKAGES AND THEY REFUSE TO HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE!

I have a package sitting somewhere in Tampa for days and not delivered yet. They act like you have all the time in the world.

Yeah I dunno what the low raters are on. Complications with your specific order doesn't equate nor reflect the employee's scope of practice on what they can do for you.

I went without a label because I was unsure if their flat rate box was more efficient or my own box (which turned out to be 12 x 12 x 12 thanks to the outstanding employee who explained everything to me). I was able to write my own label, utlize the shipping tape at the back table stand, pay my package for PR. No issues whatsoever.

Poor customer service I ask if I can pick up my package that was in this location they said they don't have time to look for it really sad they operate this way for public service

Seriously hate that this P. O.is my local one, my mail that i need never gets delivered to my address and keeps getting returned, but coincidently mail with my exact same name of it for prepaid credit cards are delivered with no issue.

I've been going to this PO for decades, and even through budget crunches and the changes that have happened here, these folks have never failed to impress. I was tracking a package a few days ago when I got a notice of an exception, (possibly a sorting error) but the message was that my package was going to be returned. I called the 800 number and the direct number to Forest hills PO simultaneously. The 800 # answered first and all the lady could do to assist was to enter a complaint, right about then Gilly answered the phone at the branch and was not only eager to help but effective. I hung up on the complaint chick, and went forward with Gilly who not only found my package, he figured out the exception and had it redirected to be delivered the next day, saving weeks of cross country travel and a huge delay in motorcycle brakes, which were kind of important. The level of service I have had, and continue to receive from the folks here is outstanding.

They don't know what they are doing, they need to change some of the leaders so they can hire and train people properly.
