Usually when I get anything that I order comes to my home, but this time somebody change my address send it to Parrish Florida I'm so glad that I had got my refund, I don't know what happened what if it's something shady going on somebody should look into it, because it had my address on it but they changed it to send it to somebody else address I surely hope they're not stealing people's items if they're caught that's a federal offense I sure hope they know what they doing in there. You better stop now before they report you.

1of2 Packages was there 3 days Facility stated they was unable to deliver to Wimauma from Tampa distribution center and we had to pick up if wanted.

My package has not been delievered to me in a little over 3 months now and it has been stuck at the ybor facility since September 29th, it is currently December 21st. I filed an MRC on October 6th, was marked as "resolved" since they apparently "found" my package with the "label loose" and I was told to file an MRC, from my understanding, to confirm the content of my package. I try to call the ybor usps facility many times in a day over the course of two months, but no answer. My local post office even tries to get into contact with them, but not even they are able to get them on the line so we had to send a letter to the ybor facility (that was clearly unsuccessful as well). Very disappointed with the USPS service in regards to this. I would just like my package to be found, it was very time sensitive.

Avoid using USPS at all costs! Especially if your package is destined to travel through this facility. I've had items stolen and the USPS will ship the empty package all the way to its final destination with a note saying oh sorry. It always seems to happen at this particular mail processing area. Obviously, they hire thieves. Never using USPS again to ship

I drop off hundreds of packages weekly and Marjorie is always helpful, goes above and beyond and is pleasant to deal with.

Why is only one of my boxes progressing to Odessa? Tracking shows one stopped here and is already a day late. It needs to be delivered to next facility also.

I just came to see the adress of how far was my package. People remember we just went through a hurricane (Ian) here in Florida & in other states

My package was coming from Illinois to the Tampa Bay area just fine, then it got to this facility, who sent it to Salt Lake City. They need to put a large map on the wall so they know geography a little better.

I have been standing in line for over 15 minutes there’s probably 20 people waiting and there’s only one person working here, this is absolutely unacceptable! Especially the day after a holiday!

The employee who helped me today named Cynthia was extremely rude to me. She talked to me like I was nothing and gave me so much attitude that I wanted to just turn around and leave. If she is working when I come by again, I will not do business here.

Whoever keeps stealing packages here better watch out. Can't wait for the day I find out who you are. There are Entire reddit pages dedicated to the mass amount of stuff that's gone missing at the location. Let this last package not show up and we are gonna have problems I can promise you that. Never had an issue with mail before having to deal with this wack location after we moved here.

Someone who works at this post office stole my dogs pain meds and I will be putting a hex on them

I have not received my package it supposed to ship in California not Florida I will get get that post office shut down for good

Ybor City is a black hole for USPS, has been for 5+ years now. Every time I have a small parcel routed thru their distribution warehouse it never gets out on time if ever. If I knew it was going to pass thru Ybor I would have paid the $40 for overnight shipping just to avoid that place. Current package has been “delayed” twice. Still shows accepted into Ybor with no out scan.

Totally botched simple Amazon delivery. Package was scheduled for second attempt at delivery to destination.instead sent to distribution centre across the state. Now "being processed" but no further updates. Unlikely to receive item during our vacation now. Thanks USPS for your utter uselessness.

Had a package from Nike sent to this location. Went to retrieve package, the supposed supervisor advised me my package was picked up the day before. Even suggested the person had my box info and identification. After reading other reviews it’s clear something criminal is going on within this location.

I had a po box here and they keep purposely putting another woman's mail in my box. I have told them SEVEN times to stop and I have written and taped a note in the box but they continue. I have also had prescription medication "delivered" but it wasn't in the box. They also are not very friendly and usually only have one counter person so good luck.

Missing package due to mistake of sender. This Ybor Post Office was extremely helpful. Two kind ladies helped us out in figuring out the issue. I dislike USPS 99% of the time but they were extremely helpful this time. So although they remain unnamed, I thank you ladies very much!
