People who is not ready shouldn’t be in the line! Wasting other people’s time is not tolerable! It’s better you finish all your handwriting then you are qualified to wait in the line! But workers there are friendly.

Anna is absolutely awful! Each time I see her she is being disrespectful to someone. She flat out said USPS does not want to pay you regarding a package they admit to losing and refused to help regardless of my insurance on the package. I have also seen her mock customers as soon as they turn around.

Horrible customer service, the lady slammed the door in my face after I made a mistake with the appointment date. I was asking her if I could reschedule and she literally just slammed the door in my face. I could not believe it. Never coming back to this location again
Not to mention they make you pay for parking

Anything else here said about these hard working people is bull.they work hard and answer stupid questions all day

They lost $300 in packages and still have not figured out what happened to them. I dropped off three packages for eBay and now have had to refund the buyers because of the lost packages from USPS. Absolutely ridiculous.

I would give zero stars if it was possible. This place is the worst place you can go to send your stuff. I had 4 problems with them in less than a year! The staff is great, good people, BUT the manager Michael is just terrible! He is the most incompetent person I’ve ever met! He doesn’t even try to help you, he just doesn’t care. So don’t loose your time or your money and go somewhere else!

Got my daughter’s passport and photo done there. It was a very pleasant experience and the staff was courteous and helpful.

If you request to speak to the manager, you will be told he is not in the building. Then you will be given a phone number which will disconnect you after about 10 rings. What a great job, you can be the worst employee and you won't get fired. In addition, you don't need to answer the phone or be accountable for anything. I'll take $20 an hour or more for goofing off all day.

Rude lady working there i was showing her the message it said that clearly it had a problem she didn’t let me explain she secured ny package would be delivered but it says it’s getting sent back to the sender and its a brand new phone so i hope they will pay for the money im losing for not receiving

This place has among one of the rudest people we have ever dealt with across the country. We are a business what utilizes USPS and UPS. We shipped a package using Priority Mail Guarantee which would have been no longer than 2 day delivery. This package took over 4 business days not including Saturday or Sunday. I called the 1800 number to inquire what the story was, they opened a ticket and today an individual from this location called me.
First, the individual did not speak clearly and immediately dealt with the situation as though we were inconveniencing him! He was very condescending with his words. I asked as to why the package took so long to be delivered being that it took over 6 days to arrive. At this point his ignorance hit a new level. I then asked how do we get a refund on the shipping and He became belligerent and at one point i believe he called me a "dog". When i corrected him on that he just kept saying sir, sir sir, and then laughed and hung up.

This is a gross negligence on the post office to allow behavior like this. It appears that this post office allows their employees to do as they please. When you allow the animals to run wild you have no order and therefore no consistency. I feel that this location requires corporate to come in and teach this individual some manners and how customer service should be conducted!

With that said i will be calling the Post Office Consumer Affairs to bring this matter to their attention.

Boca Downtown post office is the BEST! The staff are empathetic and helpful, efficient, friendly, yet professional and very knowledgeable. Staff work well as a team and help each other whenever needed. They are patient with customers who often need guidance in how to pack and mail their items.
I am so glad this convenient location is here!

A man yelled at me in front of other customers to fill out paper work. I never have been talked to in that manner by anybody. Everybody needs to be fired and a major restructuring needs to happen at this location. Never go to this location!

Terrible. Spent $7.75 for a Priority mail item to make sure it got to where it needed to go in a couple of days with tracking. 11 days later, all they can tell me is that it's late, and they have no idea where it is. No wonder the USPS is broke. FedEx it is from here on out. I will never mail anything via USPS again.

Went for passports and they sent in without signing them! Wasted 2 months waiting for nothing and then they tried to charge me again! Stay away!

I had over 20 boxes to drop off and was told to go around the back. There was a usps driver there who told me I was not supposed to be there when I was told to go there. After I finished unloading he told me not to come back, do not recommend this place for high load drop offs.

Instruct our postal delivery drivers in East boca to wear the required masks. My building is full of health compromised individuals over 65. This is vital.
