Service at front desk was excellent. I dropped a package on 12/16/2022 and needed it to be delivered on 12/19/2022 and the package was delivered on time. Great Job!

Multiple times now I’ve had packages arrive at this destination to be delivered to me residence which is literally less that 5 minutes away just for them to have it sent back out to Orlando where it came from how is that even economically logical? ! You guys scan the delivery for destination scan but send it back out to Orlando for a second time from where it came from how could a mistake like that even occur honestly? This is probably happened about 4 or 5 times now and honestly it’s just ridiculous at this point.

Our mailman in the sugar creek development does not know what stop is when he comes to a stop sign he always runs it I’ve seen where he almost got into an accident by running stop sign Today when I was walking my dog he came flying down the street almost hitting us it’s 15mph but he was going 30 to 35 miles mph this goes on all year I tried calling his supervisor but all you get a recording. This man will definitely get into accident or hit someone

This location needs training on customer service. I brought in a package on 09/14/2022 to be shipped out and I asked them if they could put a fragile label on the box as they broke my previous order the week before. One of the clerks at the counter said they don’t do that anymore and that my package is subject to being mailed with packages weighing 70 pounds. I have absolutely no issue with that but common sense should tell you to not put a heavy package on a smaller package. I also asked if the clerk can print out a blank label to put over the old label and it seem to be to hard of a task for him to complete. I will never ship anything through this location again. I’ll drive farther to get better customer service.

I'm so tired of receiving my mail and it being completely soaked because the mailman doesn't know how to put mail in the mailbox. This is the fourth time I received a bill in the mail and I wasn't able to pay because I couldn't read what the bill was. I wish I was capable of posting pictures because I have proof and the one thing you're supposed to be able to depend on is the US postal service.

So wish these guys could get it together. I'm always getting the wrong mail.mail from previous renters or my packages delivered to the wrong places. I am waiting on a special delivery and it's been sent to one of my selfish neighbors

While people complain about the Post Office and employees I find the Hudson branch folks to be very helpful and friendly.

Mail man for Parkwood Acres is throwing mail on the ground instead of putting it in the mailbox

This post office is efficient, professional and friendly. Sometimes lines are long but customers are attended to as soon as possible. As an extension of the post office, our Mail carrier is the best! Always a kind word, and a smile.

I walked in sending a package out, my fault I didn’t tape the label down I just handed it to her. She was kind of enough to do it for me. I believe her name was Theresa. Not sure but very kind thank you

My package is now late and help is not available human wise! If this package is lost I want a investigation into how 5 of my packages went missing and 4 of my P. E checks also disappeared! I want ANSWERS, GODDAMITT! I want my package! This has happened way too many times, and I want to receive my packages on time and without incident! I want to know if someone has itchy fingers at the P. O.

Yeah if I have problems at this post office sometimes but you know what they fix it for me and smile while they're doing it. 90% of the time I know inside they're probably not wanting to smile) but they give that smile they give me my explanation and they help me make things right. I am so good with that that's the way business should run not perfect but on top of things when they're not perfect. I had some baby chickens shipped to me once and I pay extra for UPS shipping but it still goes to the post office and I still have to go in and pick it up. So the post office was closed by the time they left the notice at my house that I had to pick up those chickens and somebody cared for the little guys for me. I was extremely happy because those little guys were quite expensive. But somebody had been feeding them water from the top hole of the box that they were shipped in. I don't have chicken shipped anymore but if I did I would trust this post office with them.

They open your mail and go through it. I sent my Christmas cards out that I send out every year, one got returned back to me and when I got it the envelope was ripped clear open. They opened it to see if there was anything in it. They also don’t listen to your requests and don’t deliver mail the proper way they are supposed to. Overall wouldn’t suggest anyone going here, it’s a waste of time and they are down right disrespectful:)

This place has lost/misplaced vital medications on 2 different occasions. Thank GOD neither med was for diabetes, or I may not be posting anything, anywhere. Incompetent Floridiots.

Our mail carrier has been delivering packages and mail to the wrong house for months! The address she is giving our mail to is on our block and does not bother walking it down! They keep it! I am tired of buying things for absolute strangers! We have complained to this post office and nothing is being done! My next stop is law enforcement!

Paid for express shipping on a package that they "forgot" at the office three times in a row, could have just ordered at regular cost and still wouldn't have it delivered. The drivers seem to be afraid to knock on doors or ring bells when dropping packages at the door, despite specific instructions to do so. Horrendous experiences.

Not friendly or helpful, unfortunately. I run a small business and am at the post office up to 5 times a week. I had a simple question on a Saturday morning about a label and was told "they're over there. " After searching where I was pointed to and not finding them, I apologized and asked if I was missing them, to which I was told they were sold out. I asked what my other options were and was basically met with a shrug and "we can't do it for you. " I wasn't asking for it to be done for me, just how to go about the process. That'll teach me- I'll print them out and mail from the post office in Palm Harbor where I work, those folks are always friendly and happy to help if you have a question.
