Large lobby with lots of space to prep anything you need to mail. Even when the lines are long it moves quickly. Easy to drop off items in the box inside or outside

If you place a hold on your mail delivery don't ever expect to get all of the mail they're supposed to be holding. Have to go to the PO to get your mail from them even when you direct them to deliver. And they never give you All the mail they're supposed to have for you. No explanation why they don't know where your mail is. Numerous times this is what happens.

No one ever answers the phone at this location ive been calling for 2 days.very unprofessional

Staff are rude, lines are long, stamp machine out front is always empty. Go anywhere else other than this place.

This place is massively understaffed, but Karina is amazing. She took the time to help me so I could avoid the 24+ people line, answering everyone’s questions, being cheerful despite how busy it was.

The Zephyrhills, Florida Post Office is very busy during the winter months.
We have been Snow Birds for ten years and have been in the post office many times.
All of the employees that I have encountered have been kind, efficient, knowledgeable and efficient.
Our mailman in our park is the same.
I look forward to going to our post office.

Horrible customer service & their drivers don’t know how to properly deliver packages… also THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE!

Lost the first three days of my hold mail which included a rebate check, Christmas cards, and Insurance cards. My issue is THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE! Guess I'll drive up there. Thanks for literally nothing USPS!

Jeff was amazing. He helped my husband and I understand the passport process and was hilarious. We had a blast even though the line was out the door.

I found everyone at the post office to be friendly and helpful, and I especially loved Phil's sense of humor!

They do not answer calls. Calls go straight to get disconnected after recorded message saying "Please hold. "

I went already to do my P. O. Box payment and the two cashiers heard me talking in Spanish with my husband and both of them keep talking to each other trying not to assist me. When I ask in English if any of you wants to work the lady call me for assistance. I hope they found less racist people to work in a town that have many Hispanic people that are bilingual. Very dissapointed!

I just called very late in the day, 5 minutes before closing and was treated very well. The woman I talked to helped me resolve my problem with my change of address, took her time, was very efficient and kind. I did have a rude older woman when I went in in person to buy stamps once. I think judging this office because of one employee is unfair. She seems to be the problem and should be terminated.

Arrived 10 mins late for our passport appointment for my 11 month old baby. For those that dont know, both parents have to be there so we both took off work to go there but there was horrible traffic which caused us to be late. The rep said we are too late and wouldnt help us - didnt give one ish about us. Literally with my baby in hand he denied us. His karma will reach him i hope

So I had paid to have a priority mail package delivered to Hallandale Florida on July 28 it said that the package could not be delivered I called the one 800 number someone name Lois was not very friendly quite rude very rude to me she said she was going to submit claim she gave me a ref #. Iwould go online say that the package wasn’t able to be tracked by time I left work they were always closed I never received a slip or anything at home and my stepdaughter works from home 24/7 so today I finally took off early from work went in Zephyrhills post office they said they tried reach me address which is clearly on the receipt and was on the box the supervisor Chris says your box is gone there nothing I can do I said but what about all the things I bought for my son and neice he said I can give u back WHAT 15,16 bucks! I said wow then he denied saying that I felt very offended there no values or respect I work for my money so sorry if I consider every $ I spend I said. I was so disappointed ️

Stole my package. I was actively watching out my window, looking at my mailbox and front porch, when I got the tracking SMS reporting that my package was delivered, when my eyes told me that it absolutely was not. Fully intend to call and complain, because the SMS tracking also told me they were the last to recieve it.

Mr Nathan at the Zephyrhills Florida post office definitely saving the post office money.he could not give up a half inch of tape without telling me that I have to purchase tape to get any from him a half inch of tape so I went all the way home,
And got my piece of tape customer service like that who needs anything else! When I went back I told him I wanted to tell how exuberant his customer service was that I'm glad I got his name, he informed me he's only there to serve,

Terrible customer service. Also NEVER answer the phone ever!
They also like to deliver mail super late and ripped up/wet.

I am just wondering why you have to go threw 20 minutes of an automated system just for them to tell you that you have a 26 minute wait time.
