Today I had an issue with my package and that’s fine. It happens. My issue is that the woman helping me 1. Was on her phone while I was giving her my personal information. After I asked to speak to a supervisor and she answered “I am the supervisor. ” I then asked to speak to someone above her and she proceeded to tell the person she was on the phone with “Let me call you back. ”
Besides my frustration from her sarcasm and clear callousness to my issue, this upset me the most because as a supervisor, why are you on the phone while dealing with customers?
2. As I tried to get questions answered because what she was telling me and what has happened was inconsistent, her response was “Ma’am, do you want me to make up an answer? ”

Again, as a supervisor, this was unacceptable. She had on a gray NorthFace jacket with pink letters/hems on the far right end of the post office. I hope her aloof attitude isn’t something that is allowed constantly at this location.

Change of address was submitted at the beginning of December, and we only have received a couple pieces of mail since then, we had multiple packages and many letters that come across the USPS Informed Delivery notification and we have not received any of them. We submitted a service request 5 weeks ago and visited this location. The wait times was ridiculous, and the lady working the service desk was very dismissive of our issue and said it was a courier issue. She took down my name and number and promised to contact us back whenever she tracked down our courier and mail. Its been 4 weeks since then. I have tried to contact this location multiple times through the phone, throughout the day and nobody answers, I just want to find out what happened to our mail and get this issue resolved asap! Please hire competent employees who cares about our mail!

They never answer the phone and any time I have a package come to my house they lose it. I never had these issues with my old post office in seminole heights. This is by far the worst post office.

A post office branch that's quick, efficient, competent and actually respectful? This branch definitely stood out as an anomaly for the right reasons. Jay was polite and helpful and made the visit quick and easy.

Didn’t get a package marked delivered. Went in person to figure out why. Manager said the carrier scanned it at the wrong address. Said she would have the carrier track it down. Never did. Went back. They won’t reimburse the package even though they have hard proof they were at fault for it not being delivered. I’m out the cost of the item that was shipped to me and they’re doing nothing.

These five stars are solely for Dade, I believe that's his name or maybe it's Jade. He is always super helpful, professional and fast. I wish he was at the counter all the time. Big difference when he's not there like night and day difference. I salute this man

Never answers their phone. My package got misrouted to this post office and hasn't moved.

I never receive packages, the driver marks them as delivered and holds them at the post office instead. Terrible customer service at the post office, long wait times, and very little help.

I've tried calling this office for 4 days, multiple times a day, and no one has answered. It rings for about a minute and 30 seconds, then you get the busy tone and have to hang up. I live over an hour away so I can't just stop in to speak to someone. Why don't they have anyone answering the phones!? !

Poor customer service, unprofessional staffs, unorganized, and strong whiff of chemical smell when entering the door. This location gives off an unwelcoming vibes. If you can, recommend going to another location. The staff also try to lock the door before closing, and tell you that they’re being courteous if they even let you in.

This was such a terrible experience. Playing vulgar music and made us all wait forever. The worst customer service ever. Giving everyone a hard time for no reason to send out packages. I came in just to pick up a package. They made me fill out a form and didn’t even bother to check my ID. Throwing people through loops just to be mean. Avoid if you can!

Have had a package of mine sitting over there for days after being “mis-shipped” to their location and I’m on route for the spruce annex. Which they should have sent over there by now but nope! They need to get it together.

Whoever at this post office opened my package and broke the seal of my personal products should get fired. To have an order placed from a domestic, VERY well-known, and reputable company opened by the post office and to take it a step further and open the seals of my products out of personal curiosity is absolutely unacceptable behavior. This should be illegal. Can’t imagine what other private items and mail this worker is digging into.

This is the second time our house hasn't got any mail for more than 2 days. There's a disabled family member in my house waiting for medication, she now cannot receive it until these lazy people get back to work Monday. Unacceptable.

First I don't get my packages then I get a notice right below tracking numbers that I requested my packages and mail be given to a neighbor. I DID NOT REQUEST ANYTHING EXCEPT THAT MY MAIL AND PACKAGE BE PUT IN MY MAILBOX OR ON MY PORCH. What is wrong with these people?

Wait time is ALWAYS absurdly long! I've been "next" for like 20 min. And that was after waiting in line an additional 15 min.

Beware of employee DADE, i asked for a little piece of tape for my package. He said no, I have to buy an entire roll! I will be reporting him! That is ridiculous and unprofessional.
