United States Postal Service, Fort Myers FL

Called from 4-5 over 30 times and got no human. Now a lot of my customers are not going to get they product on time, because the driver failed to visit us.

Go to UPS instead and receive actual customer service. This branch is a travesty of embarrassments.

My informed delivery let me know that I had a check coming from the US Treasury. It never showed up to my mailbox and that was almost a month ago. Everything else made it, except for that. I opened a case online but there was never any resolution to it. Additionally, every day other residents mail gets put into my mailbox. I live in an apartment complex. Since that's happening, there's no doubt that other people are receiving my mail, as well. I shouldn't have to pay for a PO Box to ensure I receive everything that's being mailed to me.

This is the worst post office I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Every time I go to pickup my package that says delivered to my mailbox it is not there and then I have to wait in a long line of at least 20-30mins to try and get my package. I will be finding another post office for my P. O. Box.

THE WORST THEY LOSE YOUR MAIL CONSTANTLY USE UPS OR FED EX! THIS excuse for a post office LOST my package says that since the 14th, it's moving to the next facility it's the27th and no change. I've gone to them at 2 locations and no help just excuses! I will never use them for packages again! I've talked to my post man no one knows anything. I'm about to file a claim. Filing a claim. THEY WILL LOSE YOUR MAIL DON'T USE USPS IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PACKAGE. I'd rate 0 if possible.

Arrived 12 minutes before posted closing time and was removed from the line because they were “closed”

Absolutely terrible. I’ve been playing phone tag about a missing package and they are giving me a bunch of different days of when I should receive it. I should already have it. They said it’s because they delivered it to the wrong person. Which is a honest mistake but I suspect it’s just missing because they can’t seem to get their story straight about the status of my package. I just tried to call 6 times and no one will pick up the phone. The mailbox is also full so they are either extremely busy or they just aren’t getting back to people. Unfortunately, I suspect the latter. There was also an incident where the carrier left my apartment complex’s mailboxes completely opened and unlocked with packages just laying around on the ground for anyone to just pick up and take. This location has inadequate customer service and irresponsible handling of mail based on my experience. I’m hoping they can resolve my issue but have lost hope that it won’t be a headache to fix their own mistake.

My very important package was sent here by mistake by another useless usps location and it has been sitting at this location for almost 4 days now! My package should have been delivered Friday.it is now Tuesday.almost Wednesday. I'm afraid I will never get it now. I'll drive out to this office if I have to.but I'm really hoping they actually do their job and fix this problem they created.

Absolutely useless. Use USPS if you want your package to disappear, then receive no help finding it.

For a US government building, this building is disgusting. Mold everywhere. Sidewalks and the building itself it be pressure washed. There was a time where post offices were clean and neat. This is not the case with a Page Field post office. For the love of God pressure wash the sidewalks and the building and the parking lot and the signage. It is horrible.

They always put the wrong keys in the mail, I open the big boxes and they are either empty or with someone else's order. I went to the post office personally asked for the correct key and once again they gave me the wrong key.

WORSE service ever. Two lanes full of people waiting. 1 person behind the counter and 3 people walking around doing who knows what…

Obviously, I come here to pick up/drop off packages. But I wouldn't if I didn't have to. Everyone is rude and lines are insanely long

Two female employees there today November 12,2022 are the slowest I've ever seen. 29 minutes to send a certified letter. 45 minutes in line for 5 people ahead of me with 2 employees working. It's a shame.

Constantly recieved other people's mail from this post office. Complained - nothing changed.

Hurricane hit and our mailbox was destroyed. They got into a dispute with our apartment complex over who should repair the mailbox so residents fixed it themselves. They came back and delivered the mail once (and we got our neighbors mail - SURPISE) That was a one time thing, they're still refusing to deliver our mail. I didn't even get my election ballot despite the fact they emailed me a picture of it, it must have went to my neighbor John Fuchs or something.

Unfortunately I have to pick up my mail in this location since the downtown suffered flood due to IAN.
The building, inside and out is very dirty, the parking lot has a lot of trash.
It looks pretty bad and not a good experience.

Worst postman/post office ever. They refuse to deliver packages. Even when we have parcel lockers. The post man the delivers to The Laurels Apartments always puts a pink “we tried to deliver” slip instead of the mail in our box. We have parcel lockers and they are not all full everyday for the past 6 months ok. I’m sick of it. Why are the holding on to my mail? I had to stand and wait and force the delivery man to give me my mail once. He told me I would be waiting a long time, I told him it’s been two days of you giving pink slips and not my mail so I have time today. He asked me to get the slip out of my mail (the one he had just placed inside minuets before, I know because I stood there the whole time) and hand it to him. THEN he sorted the mess of a truck he had and found my package. This happens anytime I get anything outside of a letter! USPS at Page Field most have some serious issues internally for their staff to conduct themselves as awful as this.
