Friendly and patient staff. I usually have large orders to ship out and they've never once given me an attitude. Understaffed and underpaid so understandable if it isn't silver platter fivestar resort all inclusive service. The post office and its workers are what makes our country so great, many folks depend on it to get medicine and important things for survival. Without the USPS we'd be a third world country fr those are just facts. Much love

Staff.specifically one female.can't recall her name.who did an awesome job rerouting my package. She contacted the mailman and resolved the problem. Thanks sooo much!

At 1560 central ave the letter carrier does not leave small packages on a cubby. He just dumps them on the floor. We have porch pirates here. I guess it's first come first serve. I've lost 2 packages because of this poor delivery.

We come here frequently to pick up or send packages. Every staff member we've come across has been delightful, pleasant and friendly. They've offered me shipping solutions when the cost is too high and I've seen them deal with difficult customers under a calm and professional demeanor.

There is no package box to drop off package or a kiosk to buy labels or stamps to ship package. Only able to ship during open hours.

The mail delivery has a tendency to misplace mail often.and nothing is done about it.make sure you mail delivery notifications. Its pretty accurate. Although I went into complain about seeing delivery person on april 28th about to deliver a letter that was supposed to be delivered but detoured across the street.never got the letter

If you are black and English with accent, the lady over there named DEBRA, will treat you with rudeness, I asked a question about my package and she was very rude with her answer (she embarrassed me), someone has to tell her that BLACK and WHITE is who pays her salary and that money has the same color (GREEN).

Do not use this post office if you have any kind of disability. Calvin at the front desk will not help you, he will be very dismissive and insensitive along with argumentative If u attempt to explain to him the situation. He was extremely rude to my sister who comes here frequently and has an eye disorder causing her vision to be cloudy. He was so rude she wanted to leave and go elsewhere.

Postal service has normally been quite good in my area but recently had a missing package that was marked as delivered. When making a trip to the post office to inquire, the postal clerk was attentive and stuck to her word on following up; she called me the same day to let me know that the mail carrier found the package and would be making a special trip to hand deliver the item in an hour. It's rare to see above and beyond service from the USPS these days and was pleasantly surprised by how helpful this branch was.

Always in and out at this post office. 10 mins or less as long as u are smarter than mail you are mailing

This is the main hub my mail is delivered from and although I Love my regular post man (Kaleb) I have had 3 missing packages, that were picked up scanned in front of me, and now no one can find the 2nd or 3rd packages. Which leads me to believe that there are thieves loading the trucks. After inquiring about the 2nd package I was sent a too bad soon sad email, basically saying there is nothing I can do about it. Well this is the 3rdtime and I believe that the police would have a different opinion on a federal crime. I will contact you again.

I had a great experience at this post office today. The clerk was super helpful and pleasant. Parking was convenient!
