How about a fast lane or call out for people operating businesses who are pre-paid and only need a receipt and/or only have QR codes to scan? Not having to wait 30 minutes for a 30-seconds-or-less operation would be stellar.

Avoid Tim (white male with close-cut at the middle window) if you have a question about certified mail, signature confirmation or return receipt because his very first words to my question were: “I have no idea. It’s above my pay grade. ” I wasn’t sure I heard that correctly, but it was true! The more questions I asked to clarify what I needed, the more confusing his responses were.
To avoid helping me, he looked past me at the queue to indicate that I was the one holding up the line of people behind me. Finally, I stepped away and a knowledgeable and efficient representative at the next window provided me with the correct forms to fill out …. My letter was processed and I was out the door under 5 minutes!

Tim’s supervisor needs to know about this, and get that young man more training if he’s to be any good to the public as a USPS employee! In the 28 years I’ve been coming to this post office, everyone has provided knowledgeable and excellent service UNTIL now!

10.25.2023. The new guy in the middle window is rude and overstapping his responsibilities/authorities. I had had to tell him off about how he is treated me, the tone, disrespectful and rude. After I told him what I thought about his service, he immediately, in front of me, mocked me to next customer just in front of me. Narcissistic abuse of customers is there.

Worst location ever! I did mail holding at this location a week ago and went in today to check to see if I had mail, they said they never received anything of mail holding. Postal worker there wasn’t helpful at all she had an attitude I would never use this post office again.

Paid for address change. Somehow a 100$ check from a family member which was either for me or my unborn son, who is expected in the next 2 weeks, was delivered to my old address and the mail was opened by that person who claims they will give it back to me. I sure hope so.as they should have never opened it anyway.nor should it have never been delivered there with a paid change of address.

I have lived at my current location for 6+ years, and have received numerous packages here with no problem. Now, packages are being returned, "no longer at residence". I'm still here. Haven't moved and haven't gone on vacation or anything. Also, this post office near refuses to scan packages; so if you need to have packages scanned, find someway to not use this post office.

The worst post office I've ever dealt with. The first problem was a Key change for my mailbox. They say they didn't find the request and after doing it again it still took multiple attempts to resolve the service. This time I put in a hold mail request and they held my neighbors mail not mine, so now between address changes my mail is in limbo and can't get a straight answer. This is one of the worst post office locations to deal with.

I and a few of the neighbors are not getting their mail. I for one am missing my mortgage statement that was mailed to me 2 weeks ago. I as well would get someone else's mail that has same house numbers but different street.my neighbors are going through the same thing. 5TH Ave NE is NOT 5TH SW. THAT HAS THE SAME HOUSE NUMBERS.try calling the post office is a waste of time.so now too go in person and be in their eyes a Karen.

I went because a carrier placed my package in a non lockable box and it was not there when I tried to retrieve so I reported the mailbox lock broken and also did a claim for my package.

They are always helpful here. I have used this post office many times in the 16 years I've had my home here, and I have only had one employee who was crabby and made you feel as if you were imposing on him. Other than that, there have been times that I've had employees go way out of their way to assist me with something I've needed help with - even if there was a long line waiting. They are friendly & helpful with a sense of humor, too! Best post office ever!

MAIL CARRIER FORGED MY SIGNATURE AND MARKED RESTRICTED MAIL AS DELIVERED. SPOKE WITH SUPERVISOR ALLYSON WHO SAID SHE WOULD FIX IT. SHE IS COMPLETELY IGNORING THE SITUATION. ALSO SPOKE WITH MICHELLE AND THE POSTMASTER. NOBODY AT THIS OFFICE CAN BE TRUSTED! NOT EVEN THE MANAGEMENT TEAM. HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF LOSS, NOT TO MENTION ALL MY TIME TRYING TO FIX THIS MYSELF WITH THE SENDER.

Staff moves the customers along in a timely manner, very professional yet friendly. Anything I've needed attention to, they have always resolved.

I've been coming to this post office for the better part of 12 years and they have always been great. They also stay open later than any of the other post offices in the area and has saved my hide countless times

Horrible mail delivery consistently putting my packages in someone else's box, and make a report nothing is ever done just loss of item. Which they would fix their incompetent mail delivery person off east bay and belcher!

I've been using this location for 33 years and have never had a problem. This review is for an exceptional employee, Adel, who has tirelessly and patiently helped my wife and I ship numerous boxes to our new home outside of the country. He even gave up his lunchtime to complete our shipping. Fantastic person and fantastic service with a smile. Thank you.
