7My in-laws lived at this address (Hunt Brothers Road) for over 20 years and know my husband a I live here. I would say for about the last 6 months or more. The mail person drives so fast and stops that he has removed all the grass and has made a BIG RUT in front of my mailbox. There is NO reason for this. Please see to this issue. Thank-you: (
I did an address change cause I moved, and I did a verify for my new address or how ever it go's. I was told it takes 7-10 days for my mail to come to my new address which I also got a po box the same day.they still sending mail to the old address and it's being kept by the office manager she says the apartment have been rented out but she's lying cause I went out there to check. She's holding my mail and that should be against the law.
Mail was delivered to me at 2947 silver loop lake Wales while me and my friends watch standing on the porch apparently the door wasn't shut 15 minutes later I go out there and my mail soaking wet with the front door open that's pretty basic put the mail and shut the door.p now the mailman wants to drive right up to the front porch drive over my septic tank grade field and leave out the neighbor's driveway I guess I can't back up

Staff here is always helpful and friendly.
Lines here can be long at times.
Theres a cool New Deal era citrus mural worth seeing. Needs restoration but still you should look at it if you like art or history.
There is construction on the road so you will need to park down the block.
Not even a one star! They never answer the phone. I have a simple question and will have to drive there (over 1/2 hour) just to get an answer!
Staff was kind and helpful. The facility was clean and not busy at the time of my visit. Sending my mail was easy, and the building was easy to find. There was plenty of parking to
