United States Postal Service, Lutz FL

Business shipper. I find this office very helpful with dropping dozens of parcels.never had a poor experience - at the counter or at my residence.

If I could O would the service O received from yesterday and back today a zero. The old lady up front with the cockeyed vision with glasses name”Laurie” is a. B***** she no class, morals to be serving the public the unprofessional manner she delivers. She has no remorse for her behavior and she makes others feel by her outspoken uneducated statements. Also the old lady who handles the P. O BOX is another B******and I believe that these old hags need to retire and pass the baton the new generation that are civil because they are trash…. I being very optimistic be AWARE of you visit the post office with those two individuals I listed. Lutz needs to better I understand the community is old but should not be represented that in an establishment. Do better….

I wish USPO does something with that old lady with the glasses at the front desk! She is not customer friendly or professional. Every time I come here she's in a bad mood & when asked a question she's RUDE as hell with an answer. Next, step will be me complaining to the corporate office, state attorney, consumer services & the BBB because this is ridiculous!

Doesn’t answer their phone, takes mail from mailboxes without any proper warning, they suck end of story.

As a local business owner who ships for a living (not that it should matter at all) but noting my often expeience, I called today to explain that the driver sped right down our street without picking up my packages. I have a daily pick up everyday for years. I was treated so disrespectful by the guy that answered. He stated they would be back for pickups in such a way that I should have known they were coming back? My Monday pick up was missed so naturally Id want to ensure they didn't forget again. Not only was he very rude, he hung up on me. Why are these people so rude?

I was doing and international shipment and Eric was very helpful. This location has employees that have been very helpful.

I always come here but avoid going to the counter for this reason. The old lady with a lazy eye is so rude for no reason I am so nice when speaking to people and the attitude is just crazy unnecessary. She acts the same way every time i have to talk to her, she seriously needs a reality check i don’t care how long she’s been there it doesn’t give her the right to be rude. Do your job and be nice

The main guy with receding hairline refuses to print me a label and just tells me write the address it’ll get there. He won’t even put a barcode on it. I think he’s incompetent.

This Post Office is by far the worst in Customer Service. Rude. Almost seems bothered by customers. Clerk once again informed me their system was down. I asked, again. She said it has not come. Yet, I mailed serveral pieces of parcels on Thursday/ Friday without issue. Said they were having internet problems yet I watched her take a credit card payment. When I asked her to try and print a prepaid label she was unwilling to even try. Doesnt matter the clerk. Must be a problem with management! Stay away. I would rather drive out of my way to go to the Land o Lakes Post Office where they are friendly, courteous and customer focused. Btw if I had the chance I would have rated them a zero. I am not one of these people that rate others but honestly I was stunned for yet another time.

Absolute trash. Constantly getting the wrong mail, issues with our own stuff not getting delivered. Issues sending mail.
Nothing about this office is good.
Time for Amazon to take over the mail too.
USPS is garbage

I told the gentleman I’d like to mail a package. He said I needed to address it. I asked if he could print off a label. He said to write on the package. I went to UPS and shipped it. They have great customer service!

I took a package to the Lutz Post Office to ship to family in Mississippi.
Juanita was the postal worker that assisted me. She was kind and very helpful. She assured me the package would arrive on time. What a relief!

Was expecting international parcel that had been addressed wrongly. From clerks, mail man to post master, everyone was on top of it until parcel arrived, with nothing but patience. Thank you!

The staff was overwhelmed with holiday mailings, and were all very nice & helpful to everyone. I was very impressed how nice the staff helped me with my mailings & stamps i needed to purchase.
Please be nice and have some patience when you go in. They are doing there best to accommodate & get your holiday packages off to your loved ones. Thanks U S Postal Service Lutz, Florida
