United States Postal Service reviews
7It was very busy when we went in. It's that time of year. Very helpful employees.
Delivery person filled out a customer moved with no forwarding address in May. I did not consent to this and clerk at post office says if you don't get mail out of box for 10 days this is what happens. The post office is not my keeper you get paid to deliver mail, so deliver it.
Very disappointed with this post office and the USPS. Trying for hours to call, No answer! Recording says to stay on the line, but after it just rings forever it goes to busy signal and wastes your time! Please train someone how to answer a phone!
I always get quick service in here and the Workers are always soo nice and patient there.
Everytime I come here and the dude Sean is working he has a problem with something I’m mailing as far as a piece of tape missing that could’ve been helped or fixed by him. I NEVER HAVE THIS problem at any other USPS or when the women are working and I’ve traveled to many states and cities throughout the years. Most ppl have human decency to help with a small piece of tape that could’ve been added but honestly I dread going here if he’s working
The lady working the morning is clearly not a people person. She is miserable every time I'm there. The tall man who I used to see is much much more pleasant to deal with not sure what happened to him.
The second time I have mailed a package to this town for it to say it was being sent back to sender and to never be sent back. The woman delivering mail put they moved and didn’t leave a forwarding address all while leaving their normal mail there. Second package to go missing and nobody will help us in the local post office. No one could offer a tracking number to either packages they said they sent back or proof that they actually sent them back.
