The employees have wonderful customer service skills! Beyond helpful every time I have to mail something. Thank you for all that you do!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. 0/10 I do not recommend.
I visited this post office on 10/28/23 to drop off two small already packaged and labeled packages, both going to the same place. KATY said it was okay to leave on the right hand counter for processing as they were already packaged and labeled, however, two weeks later my packages have yet to be delivered. When going back to the post office to see if anything can be done in regard to tracking, again KATY, was very short and rude stating that without a tracking number they can not do anything. This is understandable, but what isn't understandable is the way she spoke to me and the lack of effort she made to ensure her costumers are/were taken care of. Makes me question just how many packages in KATY'S care never made it to the destination.

This is the only time I’ve ever had to deal directly with the staff at the post office. A Jordan took my call and was so polite and professional. I have no idea if they’ll be able to find my package or not, but either way, the great service is appreciated.

No after hours drop box. No self send machine. Went after hours to look for priority boxes, did not have any.

I have been a customer here for 15 yrs. I have actually never had an issue and wondered about the low star review. Wow today Iget it in spades. I dealt with the most abhorrent woman EVER. I think that she is probably the source of bad reviews. I got called out and disrespected by this woman for using a paper priority lable. I tore off the priority part and used the lable to cover a mistakeI made in the address. Iwas told that I was going to be charged for priority mail on a small padded envelope. I showed her the lable affixed to envelope. Response didn’t matter I was going to be charged for priority mail! Do these lables come out of this woman’s pay check? One lable among billions. She was awful, abussive and an embarrassment to the other wonderful employees at my post office. I’m sorry tat I had to write this review. However she is mean and awful and should be called out.

Terribly long wait. Asked to speak with postmaster regarding continuing delivery and lack of delivery issues and was told unable to speak with would have ti drive to another ciry to talk with

Huge thanks to CJ for being incredibly polite and taking care of my mom when she needed you the most! Kathy, please be sure to remember to be nice to the elderly and to treat them like they were your own mom or dad. There is no place for sarcasm or for passive aggressive tones. Just love on everybody like they’re all family because Miramar Beach is full of lots of folks who treat each other like family. Thank you USPS for all you do!

I understand the negs but we least forget minimized budgets, overworked staffing, increased demands with often insensitive customers. For me, I value our Miramar Post Office team as they almost ALWAYS respond to my gratefulness with abundant appreciation, prompt service, & professional attitude. Although, I truly miss Johnny and his college football 'count down' post-it notes.the rest of the staff are first class, always giving it the best that they have even with waiting customer lines expanding into another zip code.

This is the worst Post Office I have ever been to. They never seem to have enough staff to accommodate the customers which results in lengthy and time consuming lines. They never seem to get my mail holds and forwards correct either. I had 6 weeks of mail get returned due to their negligence.

Lady at the counter had me wait 28 minutes just to tell me when I got up there she wasn’t going to ship my packages. She took the person behind me in line though which seems odd, might need to be more “southern” next time to receive service.

It’s the staff that is the saving grace of this post office. Because everything else is unacceptable. Always a line so plan on waiting. Also you have to ask for the priority boxes? The ones out front are flat rate. You shouldn’t have to stand around and wait for something that’s free. FYI Destin is the same way.
