Of course there's a wait in December when many are mailing packages and buying stamps, but all the clerks were apologetic and friendly. I have frequently had Nicholas as my postal clerk, and he is friendly, funny, and very helpful.

Came in today and before I even got in line a man called out and asked if we wanted to drops something off. Another young man, in a Santa hat, was cheerfully helping customers. Sonya helped me and made sure I wasn't overcharged. My experience here included friendly and efficient staff with little wait time.

The best in B'ton/SRQ/LWR. Nice people that actually care, make very few mistakes, and seem to appreciate your business. Moving everything over from LWR even though it is more convenient. I'm done with LWR. They tell you one thing, promise one thing, then do exactly the opposite with no regard whatsoever for your time and inconvenience. Horrible. Thank goodness for Braden River!

Mostly there are so many people when I came there. Some times the line moves faster than the other. They have a bid amount of mail box place. I remember one time I need to drop off bunch of mails out and I can do it outside the opening hours, the out door still open. It wasn’t too late so I don’t know how long/late they usually have it open.

Great staff but barely any priority mail stock. It's frustrating to walk in with a label ready and the corresponding box/envelope isn't available

Our mail person gives me 2 or 3 other people's mail in my condo complex! Do they not need to read?

Today, I had an appointment scheduled at the Oneco USPS location to renew my passport. However, I was unable to complete the process as the USPS staff informed me that my forms were incomplete. I had filled out the forms using the PDF filler tool that provided me with guidance on how to complete them, but unfortunately, the lady at the USPS was unable to accept the forms. Horrible experience: I couldn't renew the passports and the lady in this location should educate herself about how to treat customers as well.

I had a $1000 watch scheduled to be delivered today, I didn't know that it required signature to get it. I drove double the speed limit in hopes that I could get there in time. When I arrived it was closed, in desperation I knocked on the door and one of the girl employees helped me get it. Ive been to this location hundreds of times and all of the employees are amazing. Every package I ship out I put a dollar on it for the USPS workers at this location. Tip your USPS workers, especially the people at this location. You guys are the best. Thank you! I knocked on the door again to give the girl a $20 but they must have been busy. I appreciate all of you working at 4112 53rd Ave E, Bradenton, FL post office. Id give you 6 stars if I could.

Good experience. The clerk was very helpful and I was able to get in and out quicker than I expected.

Had to drop off package for a friend had to wait a bit but that's normal this time of year could of had more windows open.went down to 2 because of lunch time

Had a package from fan fanatics who I use on a regular basis that they returned saying wrong address. Fan fanatics said it was nothing wrong with the address. I'm so over this incompetence by this post office!

Won't deliver mail to my residence because of a pile of debris from hurricane but mailbox is still acessible by foot
