The technician’s the came out have been fantastic. We have a baby due next week and the treated us like family and honest about their work and did everything as quickly as possible. Our technician’s were Darien Linville, Chris Jackson and Travis Kuell. Thank you guys for doing everything you could as quickly as you could.

The team from The United Water Restoration Company is absolutely amazing… I was a total emotional mess until CJ and Darien showed up to ease my mind. They quickly determined where the water was coming from and eliminated the source and vacuumed up the water… they left the proper equipment to dry the property out. The next day they were back to remove the the wettest flooring. I told them that I had prior issues from mold toxicity and they quickly brought Hepa filters in … The one dry area in my condo has a hepa filter and a zip enclosure to be used as a doorway and I am able to sleep safely and soundly knowing my breathing won’t be adversely affected! Mark, I believe to be the team manager was wonderful bringing me a fantastic Chicken sandwich and other refreshments as this was my first night sleeping in my Néw condo and my life was in an upheaval until they arrived! I highly recommend this fantastic team! Thank you all again!

*See below for update* The tenant next to us in our warehouse complex sent Darien and Travis over to inspect and treat some water intrusion in our unit as a result of a leak on the tenant's side. I can't speak to the cost but the service was great. Very professional, thorough, and courteous. Excellent service all around. *This was my review the first day I dealt with this company. Now that I'm almost a month in, I have a very different opinion. My warehouse has still not been properly restored. They blamed my neighbor when they failed to pull permits to finish the work. They missed three appointments with me and left me sitting and waiting for over two hours before telling me they weren't coming that day. They cut a hole in our fire wall but now won't do the repair unless we move shelves that are bolted to the floor. The firewall can easily be repaired with the shelves in place but they refuse. Would not use. Would not recommend. Do not trust.

The company misled my sister. Please make sure not to sign anything or let them leave any equipment in your home until you are 100% sure you are using the company's services.

Most people don't take the time to write good reviews. Unfortunately, the focus is usually on the bad. Exceptional service is hard to come by, and when it happens, they deserve my time to write a review. Josh Harmon was professional and polite. He explained everything he did and took the time to answer questions. He had to come out a few times, and he always showed up when he said he would. We had to go to a hotel and Josh was in constant communication. He took the stress out of our situation. I highly recommend!

We had a water leak behind the shower wall. Plumber fixed the leak and recommended United Water Restoration. Called and they came the same afternoon! The first technician (Josh Harmon) came out, inspected the damage, gave us a quote, explained the process of drying the walls and floor. The water had gone into a spare bedroom and soaked the carpet there. He placed fans and dehumidifiers. Returned a couple days later to check the progress. A second technician (Darien Linville) came the third time. Bedroom dry so removed that equipment. Shower wall still wet so had to make a small hole to get airflow into the wall. Josh came back the fourth trip, all dry! Removed the remaining equipment and sprayed the shower wall with anti microbial. They call before arriving to give you a time frame to make sure it works with your schedule. Both of the guys were very pleasant and courteous. They cleaned up everything. I will definitely call United Water Restoration in the future for any problems.

What a efficient, professional staff. They did an excellent job of taking out wall board and cabinets that were damaged from Hurricane Ian. Of special note are two employees, David Eagle and Jordan Fike. Both went above and beyond in their duties. I highly recommend this company.

We recently contracted United Water after noticing water damage in a bathroom wall. They came out immediately to assess and had crews scheduled quickly for the job. Every single person this company sent to my house was great to work with! They were respectful, knowledgeable, clean and went above and beyond when I mentioned concern about mold. I will call them first if I need this type of service again in the future.
