Keenan, Cody, and both Tyler's were extremely helpful and personable. They explained everything in great detail, were respectful, and cleaned up after all of their work was complete. I highly recommend United Water Restoration Group because of their incredible team and efficiency.

This is a company I would highly recommend as most people going through a lot. They took a personal approach, took care of me and my family. My wife and I are both veterans and we have lost two family members just recently monies tight problems, arise, and all this company has done for me is solve problems and taken care of all of my needs and then some.it’s very hard to find good companies nowadays that aren’t in it for their side of it but in it for yours, Genesis is my rep. She is absolutely the best and the guys that came out were professional on time informative and very knowledgeable about all aspects of what my house was going through. We had an unfortunate water pipe leak late one night just after Thanksgiving. Thankfully, United Water was able to send someone out that night to start the drying and restoreation process.
Tyler Massas was able to come out immediately and answer all of our panicked questions. Remained in contact and made sure to give us updates as the process continued.

So far extremely pleased with their response time, assistance and good natured employees! I'm extremely appreciative of the communication and care everyone has taken while trying to figure everything out as a first time home owner!

Tyler Massas came to our home on Sunday morning on time and well prepared. He was friendly, honest, and very respectful of our home. I requested he wear a mask and shoe coverings and he did so with a smile. He won us over with his extensive knowledge and great personality. He took us step by step through the process. We are looking forward to continue working with Tyler.

IAN was not so nice to us but TYLER was wonderful. So helpful, so compassionate, so willing to help any way he could. He explained everything to us so we fully understood. We are from up north and this is our first hurricane flood. Tyler made it a bit easier to deal with IAN. TYLER is the best! HIGHLY recommend him and United Water Restoration Company.

This company responded right away to our water damage situation. Technicians followed up with us and left the equipment in place until the levels were right. Keith especially provided great customer service.

Larry was very clear in explaining the process. It’s rare to trust someone when you have a problem like this but I felt confident that he would get the job done. We asked him questions about the leaking and he answered them. He gave us his professional opinion on the leaking and the estimate of the price.

Out of the 7 companies we had out to our house to diagnose the the problem, Larry was the most proactive. Instead of oh we don't do that kind of work, he jumped right in and found the problem, set up mitigation measures, and gave guidance for what should be done next. He knows his job.

They came to tear out mold that had spread in my bathrooms. In the process, they broke one of my sconce lights in the living room when they were moving things out of the bathroom. The gentleman swore to me several times that he'd told the people at the office and all I had to do was get in touch with someone at their office and it would be covered. I've reached out with a receipt of the cost of the replacement and they won't respond to me.

When our AC caused a leak that damaged our floor and ceiling, United Water Restoration came to dry everything up. Their technician Mike Harvey was fantastic! He's very friendly, professional, on time, and answered all my questions. This is the first time we've had a big leak so I sure has a lot of questions! We haven't gotten to the repair portion of the process but even though Mike's part of the job is done, he's still willing to answer questions when we don't know who else to call which is greatly appreciated! We'd be happy to work with him any time!
