What started as a monthly rental turn into an almost 5 years rental. From delivery to pickup i have nothing to complain about! Prompt scheduling, and arrival and pickup of container. Kimberly was very pleasant and professional, and called back with updates. I had Units container for 6 months. It was clean and had plenty of room for my needs.

I can’t say enough good things. After IAn we flooded and we were trying to save what we could. Units was able to deliver faster than anyone and the cost was better and reasonable. Delivery and pickup was amazing

OhMyGosh Kimberly is such a delight I tell you. She is very professional, patient, and detailed. Any question I had she answered them, before we disconnected she made sure I understood everything we went over. With customer service this grand I highly recommend.

Units Orlando and the entire Units team were great. They were responsive to all my questions and needs and dealing directly with the local team here and in NY was great.
I will be moving more things from NY and will use Units. The other companies just can't compete with Units in may ways but especially communication with the customer which I value very highly and which Units did perfectly.

Terrific and timely response in delivering 3 units to our residence that Hurricane Ian flooded. State of the art delivery and retrieval equipment and friendly and responsive service. Would highly recommend and would use again when the need arises.

Ron was always so helpful and willing to work with us. We can't recommend them enough.

Don't park on other people's property or does your drivers think the law doesn't apply to them?

I am so glad I used UNITS instead of Pods. It was a better price and honestly a MUCH better experience than I had with Pods The workers had great communication and showed up on time. It was especially awesome to see their robot handle moving the container. I've never seen that before. Best price + best product on the market. Will definitely use these guys again.

Early in the morning means 7-10 AM not after 12pm!? They wouldn’t answer the phone when I called. I was expecting units to be dropped off EARLY IN THE MORNING. And here we are, 12: 14pm and still waiting…seems like they don’t want to answer the phone. And when they finally do, they keep saying “they’ll be there in 30 min” well guess what, it’s been 2 hours and still NOTHING. Will never be using this place EVER AGAIN!?

Absolutely the greatest experience! Ron is exceptional. We needed a unit quickly and he went above and beyond and literally MILES out of his way to get us a unit. There are not many genuine, stand up people left in this world and it was refreshing to have the privilege of meeting one. Moving can be a stressful situation and Ron and his team took a huge burden off our shoulders. If you need a unit, this is the place to go! They delivered and set up so it was easier for us to load. Relocated it for the exact day we asked, and promptly picked it up once empty.

Very friendly & easy to deal with. Extremely customer service oriented. Fast to deliver and pick up. Way better price than the competition. Very happy with the entire experience!

Nice and accommodating. They have specials so my rental was cheaper than if I went with pod. Very customer friendly. The storage container was sound and my furniture was well protected in the two floridian summer months (hot and rainy) I had the container parked in my driveway.

Best ever company for sure. Recommend highly and will use them again. On time and great customer service is a 10.

Be careful when dealing with this UNITS. Their accounting is a joke and will overbill you any chance they can. I was being billed for UNITS that were not from my company and being billed monthly for UNITS that were not on site. I brought this up to Amin the owner and he said he would stop our billing until Ron figure out his sloppy accounting. Every month we’re overbilled thousands of dollars and have no plans to fix this. Crooks running this. Be careful. Don’t fall into the same trap as I did. Go somewhere else unless you want to get ripping off.
