Will not shop there again! Second time I encounter racism. 1st time a guy working the register served everyone except myself, then Immediately after I checked out, he continued to check out other customers. Just left 15 min ago and overheard two employees (female's) at the counter talking, one says that a sheriff had pulled someone over and tased a guy! The other says that's OK, BECAUSE THEY WERE BLACK! NOT OK!

Just want to give a shout to Josh. The last time I was there he was very attentive and help me fine the right wine I was looking for. He showed great knowledge on wine I was looking for. Thank you Josh for your help and it was a great pick.

The day crew works fine girls are very nice there mostly the evening is the problem one gentleman there is really particularly rude another one is just mean other than that it's a fine store have a good play good prices good products and as I said the daytime cruise is good night time crew need some work on someone there a friend of mine he does a great job he's there day and night sometimes and other than that is that much more better I can say that is a good one to go to check out the attached Orbitz bar it's part of their business it also the fine place you really should allowed smoking in there but that's my opinion have a great day

Awesome place! The staff was really cool and my indecisiveness gained me a free sample that convinced me of what I wanted to get. If you're in the area definitely give this place a try.

Tell the what a blend means and BTW.spent $78. Can u please double bag my wine as I it doesn't bang around the other bottles on the ride home! Also.get a Salvation Army kettle instead of the crack people u have pan handling right under ur lights.in front of the main entrance.

Huge selection on almost everything. Nice polite staff. They do taste testing which is a nice amenitie. I got to sample a couple different whiskeys.

The classic bait and switch that occurs when retailers put profits over costumer services. A few days ago the magazine Wine Spectator included the 2018 Domaine Latour Carton Charlemagne Grand Cru in the top 10 wines of the year. Multiple retailers where selling it for $129-$149 including Universal Fine Wines.

Today I went to order and the price was hiked to $199.98 so I call the store and spoke to Victor who confirmed the prices he had was $139.98. So he put aside the 3 bottles they had left and instructed me to speak to Roberto to get the price fixed.

I did and showed them the lower price but they refused to fix it (lower it) because now that can easily sell it for $70 more. So they will make $210 more in this transaction but lose my business and my friends and family business which I can tell you “it’s a lot more than that”.

Very nice liquor store. One of the nicest that I have seen in my time. Staff was very friendly. The got me in and out with no issues. Nicely stocked and easy to find what I wanted. The aura of the space pleasant and didn't make me feel like I was on the wrong side of town considering the time I went. Will definitely go back there for my liquor needs. They are priced very well considering what I have paid at other liquor stores. Comparable priced to ABC.

Definitely one of the best liquor stores around. Hands down my ho to spot if I can go that far away. Totally worth the drive. The prices are amazing and they have EVERYTHING

Great selection, good prices. Staff was no help finding anything, "over there", and "oh we do have that". But didn't get the product for me. Single paper bag for each bottle- not a help

Basically this place has everything you would ever need associated to liquor, alcohol, and mixed drinks. They carry juice, fruit, mixers, chasers, and even have vendors that visit regularly to provide information and free samples of the products they carry here. Highly recommend

This is a good place if you are looking for domestic specialty wines or beers from different countries, different kinds of Moonshine from Tennessee and a great variety of whiskey, liquors, vodka.

Huge store, huge selection, but it felt disorganized, cramped and confusing. Service is definitely not a strong point. Asked for something and was given a very short answer from a guy that looked like he had been recently beat up. Prices were ok. It's right off of a very busy highway and the entrance is a little awkward coming off the street. There's a lounge attached so that may be appealing to some. Parking is ample but the location is weird. Too many other options in the immediate area.

They got it all, everything you're looking for, from casual drinking, to wanting to get drunk.friendly staff and great prices

Love going there. Place is nice and the people who work there are so helpful and friendly. Definitely would recommend and the prices are decent too.

Called if they have a particular tequila and the worker who answered told me that I just called a min ago which is impossible because why would I call twice if they answered me the first time? Worst customer service!

I walk in door stared down by a miserable girl behind counter. Informed her I was making hurricane drinks. Long story short. She knows NOTHING! When I asked for Passion fruit juice she could've directed me to what I found by myself. Not pleasant AT ALL.
