I think bad customer service sounds good for the level of "assistance" I received when I called on Friday. I can´t speak for the business, because I do not have or will ever have any business with them, but the agent had 0 people skills, wouldn´t let me talk, and answered an email stating "NO" (only these 2 letters) when I asked for an insurance coverage before January 2024. Additionally, I wanted to verify if some providers were included on the network and he said the best way was to call them. Am not even sure of what to think about this.

I don´t usually leave reviews, but I just felt mistreated and I don´t think I did anything for him to treat me so badly. For the record, I contacted other brokers who were able to assist me, very kindly, and listen to my needs. OF COURSE I can get insurance now and definitely not with his "help".
