Mari did an amazing job on my face. It looks very clean and feels soft. She also took the time to explain what she was doing to my face while she was doing it. Probably one of the best facials I've ever had. I will definitely come back again in the future.

I had never heard of Universal Laser Center Med Spa, but bought a Groupon Package months ago at a great deal. Once I got there I was immediately impressed! Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable! Dagmara is the BEST! I’m hooked on this Spa and can’t miss a week there. It is pristine and they are all very accommodating and professional! I highly recommend them!

Excellent service. They are very professionally competent, up to date on all new techniques and are state of the art in equipment. I highly recommend them. Professionally, the spots I had on my face have almost completely disappeared and the endermology service has made important changes in my body. Personally, they are not just a spa, they are friends, confidants, advisors and even psychologists.

The best spa in all of Miami. The services, the staff and the atmosphere make the place exceptional. I have been a client for more than 5 years and I would not change my spa for anything.

I know this place because I did my laser hair removal and skin care courses there. I liked a service that I had been doing for years but at that time there were not many places in Miami that did endermology. I paid for my package and I was scared because of the pregnancy but No one bothered or was interested in calling why I paused the sessions, since there were only a few that I really missed! After I decided to resume the sessions, apart from pregnancy, other health problems occurred that my doctors did not authorize me to do anything for a while, I decided to resume and obviously interested in buying another package and then telling me that everything was lost. When no one called or was interested in the client. Things that are something they teach but do not practice in their place.as a specialist in the area they should have more Ethics and speak clearly with each of their clients. They don't even have the files up to date, so when I called I didn't even appear in the system. Bad ethics and disorganization.

I have been going to Universal Laser Center Med Spa for a year and everything about it has been excellent (facilities, staff, treatments, equipment, etc.). I purchased a laser hair removal package and the price was too good to be true so I jumped at the opportunity. So worth it! I have seen excellent results and couldn't be happier! I highly recommend this place.

I have been going to Universal Laser Medical Spa for the past 2 years. I had several treatments such as Laser hair removal, Hydrofacial and sublime. I am currently doing endermology and Radio-frequency. The spa recently acquired a new LPG endermology machine the M6 serie. I have seen great results and I will forever be a client of Universal Laser Spa.

Staff is extremely friendly, and sweet. They had answers to all my questions and if they were unsure about anything they would go and get the answer from someone else or the system. Overall I recommend this place to anyone and I’m excited to start my laser journey:)

Tried to schedule an appointment, spoke with receptionist who took my information twice but I never got a call back. Good thing Groupon provided a refund for the purchased treatments.

I’ve been coming here for about 7 years for different treatments and I love how consistent they are with their amazing customer service and quality of treatments! They are so great at creating personalized packages depending on your needs/areas of concern. The location is very convenient and there’s always parking (free). The prices are very competitive but what I love the most is the staff! Everyone there is so kind and passionate about what they do. 7 years ago I started with an endermology package to help me while I lost my post pregnancy weight and it really did help! Then I did laser hair removal (all done now) and I’ve also done meso therapy and hydrafacial (my skin’s favorite) :) I recently finished a package of different lasers for my face to help with skin tightening and scars and just overall appearance and it did exactly what I was told it would do! Thank you Universal Laser team! You guys are awesome!

I met them when purchasing through Groupon and from the first moment they gave me excellent service. During the consultation, very good and complete advice, in addition, the facilities are very nice and the treatment is very professional. For sure, I will continue my treatment and I recommend it.
