I took my son to Universal Orlando to celebrate his birthday. Not only was the resort staff helpful and the accommodations up to standard, but the theme parks were very clean and orderly. But I wanted to shout out Manny who we met at Islands of Adventures. He greeted us with a smile in the Dr. Seuss area, and somehow took us on all of the Dr. Seuss rides via “secret entrances” where we skipped everyone and was put at the front of the line for all of the rides even without needing to use our express pass! My son was ECSTATIC because he loved the Dr. Seuss rides. We felt exclusive and most of all, he really enjoyed his birthday. I even tried to tip Manny multiple times throughout our tour, and he wouldn’t accept it. Thank you Universal Orlando for such a great time, and thank you Manny for making my son’s birthday THAT much more special. We will DEFINITELY be back!

We went for 3 days, Friday, Saturday and Monday, which was a holiday. On Friday there were about half the number of people. Much less lines, so one can enjoy more attractions.

Went to CityWalk. A few disappointing facts to point out.

1. They no longer will check a firearm for you. They ask you to return it to your car.
2. The metal detectors and security are a total joke. (The security guard we spoke with as rude and dismissive. I walked through the sensor with a metal belt on and a pocket full of coins. Nothing was said. Several other people walking through with the same. Security isn't paying attention and doesn't care)
3. The best way to stop bad guys with firearms is. GOOD GUYS WITH FIREARMS! Stop disallowing firearms in your park. Properly licensed individuals should be able to carry.
4. Why must we pay 30.00 to park when you are already getting hundreds per person out of us?

How they handle the people who are truly Handicap is terrible, wait an hour and get one ride at a time signed and sit and wait or stand and wait which I had to do and can't for long periods of time. Atleast allow two rides to get signed for a return time like sea world does. Friggin incredible.

Excellent park with several unmissable attractions. Harry Potter, Jurassic Park, Marvel Heroes are among the unmissable attractions, in addition to the Simpsons. I really liked the MiB attraction.

The only negative I really have to say about our trip to Universal Studios, was the lack of places to eat in the park due to them being closed. We walked all through the Islands of adventure, and struggled to find anywhere to eat - they were all closed! The park was so over-crowded that we were having to wait in 45 minute lines just to order food. We ended up leaving and going to the Hard Rock Cafe, but it's wild that with so many places to eat inside the park, that so many would be closed. I honestly feel like this park might actually allow TOO many people in at a time, because if you don't have early park access, you simply just can't experience anything at all.

Great rides. Props to the Characters at the Avengers dinner. They were outstanding. End the positives for this review.

Never thought I’d find a park grabbing for more money than Disney. Kind of park you visit once, and don’t plan for again. Don’t package through their hotels. The hour early entry isn’t much of a value add. Most things aren’t open when you get in. And enjoy the frustration of the app that they must have paid a company about $1.00 to create.

Really prefer the simplicity of standard vs Express access with no need to book reservations multiple times a day and always checking my phone for availability at Disney instead of focusing on actually just having fun. Sad that they got rid of Jaws, E. T, and Back to the Future but understand the need to make room for the new stuff. Also love the fact that if you stay at their hotels, you automatically get Express tickets without any additional cost.

Family had a great time and we will definitely come back for more memories.

Universal always delivers a magical experience! The rides are amazing, but the shows really send it above and beyond. If you want to see it all, it has to be two days with both parks, because you can't miss the Hogwarts Express, and it's a different ride each way!

Very fun theme park currently with two parks and a water park, but a big third park is coming. It's just as fun as Disney World, but it has its own vibes with Harry Potter, Jurasic Park, Men in Black, E. T, Minions, and other Universal movie themed attractions. There is Halloween Horror Nights in the fall and Mardi Gras from the tail-end of winter through the beginning of spring. City Walk is also fun to walk through for free with theme park ambiance, shops, excellent movie theater, and really fun places to eat like Hard Rock Café, Chocolate Emporium, Cow Fish, Margaritaville, Voodoo Doughnuts, and a lot more.

Tonight we went to see Godzilla Minus One Minus Color in the luxury Cinemark Theater with recliner chairs. Unfortunately, I didn't get photos of the inside of the parks like I usually do, but more photos to come. But at least you can get a glimpse of City Walk where you can wander for free.
