Universal Studios Store at Universal CityWalk Orlando

A lot of cool stuff. The prices was fair and not ridiculously over priced. Customer service was good. They actually wanted to help and answer any question s I had.

We loved the new store, so much bigger than the previous one, and with lots more goodies, also much better organized.

I absolutely love this place. So many different veriaty of merch that it's hard to just choose one.

I've been going to universal for years and the new Jason Bourne show is hands down the best new attraction and overall the best production I've ever seen live. Very impressed.

Their is something for everybody to fall in love with and take a little unversial studios home with them.

Nostalgia galore! Great place to find older theme park items for Jaws, Back To The Future, King Kong, and Jurassic Park. I appreciate this store because it acknowledges some of the rides that are no longer at the park.

Sabrina has provided us exceptional customer service.my son ordered a phone case only to be let down it would take 3 hour as to pick up. Sabrina has provided a solution where we didn't have to cancel the order, nor wait around.thank you Sabrina!

Legacy is the worst way to brand this store. It has absolutely zero merchandise from true Legacy films. This new shop is basically a small version of the large universal store about 30 yards away.

If you’re looking for merchandise from classic films like Bates Motel, Frankenstein, or anything from that era, don’t waste your time.

I was sad to see the previous stores on CityWalk go, but this new and improved Universal store is pretty awesome! Every gift from both parks will be in this store. It’s like both the main gift shops combined in one convenient spot. It’s also accessible to people who don’t enter the park. The layout is organized into sections for each attraction. The whole store is air conditioned, so it’s a nice atmosphere to cool down and browse the merchandise before leaving or entering the park.

We were in line for 4 hours waiting to be served, there were only 2 windows open. To top it off, I was with a relative who came on vacation, the person is handicapped. I spoke to a person at the window and he told me that she had to wait to be seen. IM not coming back anymore.the worst service. They do not have any leadership.

The addition of this store just makes so much sense. It seemed weird to me before that there wasn’t a BIG, main Universal gift shop in Citywalk. I mean, sure, they’ve always had the legacy store which is on the other side of the square, and big shops in the entrance of both theme parks, but it’s still different.

Tons of people go to CityWalk every day without ever stepping foot in the parks. It’s only logical to then have a store where you can find lots of souvenirs and goodies outside of the parks.

Disney has a massive gift shop in Disney Springs that attracts way too many people, because tons of people go to Disney Springs without ever going to their given theme parks. They know what they’re doing. So it was a good move for Universal to do the same.

But I have to say, I did still have higher hopes for this store. It’s much bigger looking from the outside than it is inside, I think. They do have some really neat stuff, and actually some things you can’t really find inside the parks, especially in the Harry Potter section. But it’s still not an impressive store, especially for being the “big” Universal Shop in CityWalk. I don’t know man, maybe I just had too high of expectations.

I’ll also clarify something at the bottom here for all who were very confused like myself: there are 2 “Universal Studios Store”’s. This one, as you can read in the title, is located in CITYWALK. It’s a brand new store that only opened very recently. There’s an original Universal Studios Store inside the Universal Studios theme park, and the title of that also labels it. Apparently the Universal heads couldn’t be creative enough to come up with different names for these stores, or else just wanted to thoroughly confused everyone of which they were most successful lol.

Great place to pick up some souvenirs of our trip. We bought a lot of our harry potter stuff for our kids there. May not have had as big of a selection as all the shops in the park but the convenience of having it all on one place and on your way to the car already makes it worth the stop.

No clearance rack. Stuff is very expensive and this is basically the only option you have for Universal souvenirs as no other stores sell Universal stuff and there are barely any tourist shops in Orlando.

Great gift shop. The store is loaded with lots of universal studios merchandise to purchase. They have a lot of Harry Potter things in the store as well. This is a good place to buy all of your souvenirs.

Well here we have it the brand new universal store out on City Walk. It's got a bit of everything it's big you got to come out and see it it's really nice where they got a really nice and organized they have a lot of products there souvenirs that you can get I liked it it's got a nice setup and it has all the ones that you want the whole world full of wands in all kinds of t-shirts just like the other one they had across or they do have a cross they call that one the legacy but it's really awesome come on by stop by check it out. Great gift store! You can even has some unique items that aren't even in the actual parks. Such as more expensive Harry Potter items or wands from fantastic beasts.

I would stop here if you wanted universal swag but don't necessarily like the park itself all that much.

The left side is mostly Harry Potter and the right side is an assortment of different franchises.

City Walk is awesome. They have great food options like Cowfish, NBC Grill and Voodoo Donuts are my faves. They have live music nightly. Oh how can I forget. You have to try thr milkshakes at Toothsome's Chocolate Emporium (the food there is delightful as well and what a great story behind this restaurant). The walk through City Walk gets you in the mood for Universal Studios and Island of Adventure fun!

This place is always stocked with what you're looking for in any of the Universal movie world (Harry Potter, Universal Monsters, Minions, etc.)

Cast members are always willing to help you out with any questions you may have. If you can't find your size, they are able to point you in the right direction within the parks to purchase what you're looking for.
