Universal's Aventura Hotel, Orlando FL

This is our first time in Orlando, FL and we chose to stay here because it’s close to Universal studio and City Walks, With free shuttle from 7 am. -1 am. That’s very convenience.
We stay for 5 nights. The front desk will usually texted you once a day to make sure we got everything we need, So I request a housekeeping for the next day. When we left in the morning I texted them that we left and no sign hanging by the door, So housekeeping can come and clean the room. After we got back from the park which is about 7-8 pm came back to the room found out the room hasn’t been clean and all the trash remain the same, Nothing has been touch at all, So we texted the front desk and told them what was going on. First of all they apologize and checked and YES! They saw that we request a housekeeping but couldn’t figure it out why we didn’t get a service, So they sent someone to empty our trash that night and told me that they’ll make sure my room get clean tomorrow. Next day we came back from the park in the evening and here we go again, Our room remain the same, Nothing have been touch. We end up request a housekeeping 3 times and never get a service. When we’re checking out. We told the front desk (The blonde girl who working on Dec 22 at 8.15 am) First thing she said Did you have the do not disturb sign hanging? And we told her No! And she said Well, It’s said Do not disturb sign was hanging. Why are we request a housekeeping for 3 times if we’re gonna kept the sign at the door. Not even 1 apologize come out of her mouth and her attitude was not nice either. We’re definitely come back to Orlando but come back to stay here? I don’t think so.

Great value hotel with close proximity to parks. Room check-in with mix up that the hotel quickly fixed but started the vacation out on a less than positive note. Walk to volcano bay was a definite plus. Transportation to parks was easy to navigate and made the resort stay well worth it at the end of a long day at the parks. Overall good experience

Front desk guy gave me an attitude for trying to do an early check in (2pm) it was just one guy, rest of stuff super friendly.
Cards for hotel need to be improved, stayed 5 days and cards never work to open gate at parking building.

We had an exceptional stay at Aventura. The service was great and the room was amazing, very clean and a view like no other. Would definitely recommend!

Love, love, love Aventura hotel! Rooms are great. Food options are great. Allyson at the front desk was amazing. Getting to the Universal parks was fantastic.

Only issue was having lots of cheer teams staying there that had children and adults that were disrespectful towards staff and other guests. They were often gathered in the lobby screaming (girls screaming and adults yelling at the girls). They also broke an elevator.

Gorgeous hotel. Great staff. Close to universal studios. Family friendly. I would definitely check it out when booking a hotel.

A great place to stay. Close to the parks with friendly and helpful staff which made the vacation an awesome experience. A great benefit was the early park admission. The food was delicious and a good way to end the day.

Just finished my 5 day Harry Potter Vacation package at Universal Studios and I have to say we had a blast. Stayed at the Adventura and can definitely recommend staying at this beautiful hotel. Easy bus transportation to and from the parks and Citi-Walk. Liked this hotel because it seemed to be more of an adult atmosphere. Plus the rooftop bar is really nice. Can have a drink before bed, while watching the fireworks from Universal and from Disney. Great hotel and great staff.

Great staff! Clean rooms! What else is there to say? When you look for value and quality this is the place. The pool is great, Starbucks in the lobby, food on site, easy access to Volcano Bay and the rest of the perks are great! Will return.

This was our second stay here and will continue to be our go to for mini vacations. The deluxe rooms are fantastic and the wok station is delicious.

This was, without a doubt, the best hotel experience we ever had. Service, professionalism, friendliness, accomodations, amenities, affordability, safety, cleanliness.second to none. Zero complaints and we WILL be back! Thank you to all at Aventura who contributed to an amazing few days of vacation with our family!

I admit, I was a bit shallow when I booked a stay at Aventura. It was for the mere beauty of it, floor to ceiling windows with killer views, was the main reason I did. I'm so glad I did! I also watched lots of YouTube vloggers with their reviews and I was not disappointed! I know I wanted a Skyline view room with a view of the parks. I was not prepared on how much of Hogwarts I could see.from my room! Nor how close it was! The beds are comfy and the pillows. I wanted to bring one home! I slept very well during my six night stay. The staff was super friendly and so helpful. I am embarrassed to say I never made it up to Bar 17 Bistro. But, the Urban Pantry makes one delicious burger! I highly recommend! I ate mostly at the parks. One thing I would change, is the bathroom mirror lighting. It is not flattering and doing my makeup with it was.challenging. However, that will not prevent me from booking there again. Thanks for a great stay!

Aventura is well placed in relation to CityWalk and the parks. The price is extremely reasonable for a hotel that has a more modern feel. I would recommend this hotel as a great option for individuals and families on a budget.

We had a great stay at Aventura! It was very clean and modern, the pool was awesome, amenities were great, lots of bars and the urban pantry had fantastic food options. Plus there's a Starbucks! I would definitely stay here again! Wish it was a little closer to the parks - we stayed at Hard Rock hotel the first night and it was so nice to just walk to the parks from the hotel, but I actually liked Aventura better than the Hard Rock (except we didn't get the benefit of the express passes).

Got locked in the parking garage. Beds uncomfortable. Son is on the spectrum and melted down finding out vr room was no longer there as advertised. Drinks at bars where very sour mix heavy. Food was mediocre. Staff was amazing and only good part of our stay

We loved our stay at Aventura! The room was spacious and we really like the integration of technology. Our view of the park was spectacular.

Great staff and very friendly, excellent location to the parks, excellent bus transportation to parks and return from parks.
