Universal's Volcano Bay, Orlando FL

This is the best water park, the only issue was not having enough time to ride everything. The wave pool is weak.

Loved this place. Though the only thing I dont like about it is that they close at 6pm and not a lot of people follow the covid prevention policy.

Waited an hour and a half in line for food that was served raw.was given a gift card for the $40 we spent on two sandwiches. Only got to ride one ride and have been sick all day.

Very good experience the rides are amazing they have a virtual line which is good and bad because while waiting for one ride you cannot ride another that has a wait list! But you can enjoy the pool, eat or drink in the mean time! I did not give this a 5 because social distancing was not greatly enforced during my visit but overall amazing experience I highly recommend spending the day at volcano bay

Took an hour and a half line just to get in then everything you do is at least an hour wait including getting food and drinks steer clear if you have small kids water park is fun but feeding and getting drinks is a nightmare

Transportation system is horrible. Waited a half hour for bus pick up to City walk which resulted in missing the bus back to our resort and paying a taxi fee

Kids will have a blast here. The rides was awesome and the kids loved it. My daughter also got a braid done there and she was very happy with it. All staff we dealt with was amazing. Thanks for an unforgettable time at Volcano Bay!

My wife and I had an amazing time at Volcano Bay in December. By far this was the most well rounded water park I have ever been to in terms of having activities that are easy, average, and even extreme. This park is certainly great for families or couples. Expect hours of fun here.

Get drenched in excitement.

The Krakatau ride seemed to be the ride in demand as it was having wait times higher than the others. Not much of crowd as expected on dec 27th 2018, it being a holiday week. The Waturi beach and the speeding river were another couple of things I liked most.

Volcano Bay is an amazing place to visit it is fun but also relaxing. A great vibe and delicious food one of the best waterparks I have visited.

I had a really good time visiting here. Although I did not get to get on as many slides as I had hoped for I do plan on coming back in the future to try again. Beware of afternoon pop up thunderstorms during the summer and also large crowds!

I've done water parks around the world & this is by far the best out of the lot.
Absolutely fantastic

Hands down our favorite water park! They have a great wristband system that eliminates long wait times. My kids were able to get on every ride. There’s also a gorgeous beach area perfect for relaxing if you’re not into rides. We highly recommend it!

Like variety of the water parks. There was something for everyone young and old. And they allow you to bring food

A close call on being best water park but tge cost of having to park and then locker was a let down just more expense

Excellent park, I loved the experience.but it's like the only thing they don't charge you is when taking a breath, you have to pay for lockers, chairs, towels.

Lovely park some brilliant rides and excellent way they do queuing with watch you scan and gives you a time to go on so only have a 5 min wait. Food outlets good

Me and my 6 y.o. Daughter we love this place! Probably it's our most favorite place in Orlando! Sure we will come back here again and bring all our friends with us!)

Absolutely love volcano bay, the slides are great fun for both adults and kids, me and my husband had so much fun we never used our sun loungers except to leave our towels out, although the sun dried us off so didn't need them either. I recommend you try the banana icee it was refreshing and tastes sooo good.
