Went to visit my friend here and it’s sad that all day we were excited to go to the pool and it’s a mess! The water almost looks like black mold is on the bottom. Very sad to live in an apartment complex with a pool that doesn’t keep it clean. They are cheap for the money you pay

Nice condos that are conveniently located to downtown Gainesville, UF, Shands, I-75, and Celebration Pointe where you'll find great shopping, restaurants, pubs, & more.

Attention All Parents! Your kids will be in good hands! As a parent to a incoming (Pre-Med) student, I was a bit concerned about where my young adult would be and the safety of the location, not to mention cleanliness. After meeting the property manager Kelly, my concerns went away. She is more than just the caretaker of this facility, she is mama bear to all incoming students and residents. She took time to assure me that anything that would arise (common in a rental unit), she would be on it. She has not disappointed one bit. We are more than a year in and could not be happier with the choice. She watches for her tenants as her own and always makes sure that units are well maintained. Kelly has not just been a blessing to us, but also I would consider an asset to this complex. Thank you Kelly for you dedication to excellence!

Unfortunately, I had my bike stolen in front my building (it was looked) and the leasing told me that CAN'T do anything because they don't have any camera, even though I had asked to replace the burned lights because at night the condominium is dark and unsafety.

Besides that I waited 3 days to have air conditioner in the apartment because when I arrived it doesn't work, the same thing happened with the internet modem. For these reason I strongly doesn't recommend to live there.

I have lived here for more than a year. Fixing requests take months and I had somehow accepted until they did the unacceptable. I resigned with them and requested to move apartments since they never fixed anything in the apartment. Since I resigned, I would stay in my current place and was told to move into the new unit by August 9th. But suddenly they decided to come and move all my stuff out of the apartment with out a notice. She is claiming by text that she told me to move out by August 7th but she never did. I went to work today and when I came back all my staff was in the driveway. I have lost several of my things such as vacuum cleaners since everyone could come and grab as they please. This is the worst place and I miserably regret signing again with them.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here. Nothing will ever get fixed in the apartment. If one decides to move, all the belongings are thrown away before the due date.

I like the place a lot. It is beautiful and feel relatively safe but I got some small thing stolen here once. The gym is not very well taken care of and is smelly. The game room is also closed at the moment. But it is still a very nice place to live.

I have lived here for several years. Since 2015 to be exact, and I have to say I am really disappointed in my requests from management lately. Specifically I have been informing them about severe molding in our air ducts for well over a year at this point. There has been no action whatsoever despite repeated requests. One of my roommates has developed a rough cough from the impurities in the air caused by it. I hate to have to say this, but if you’re reading this and think about living here, maybe think twice. Take it from me, a 5+ years tenant. Please clean our air ducts.

I had a really bad experience living here. The carpets were very dirty, I was told that they clean them annualy, but my roommates agreed that it hasent been cleaned in the past two years that they have lived here. I spent about $100 and 24 hours of my days cleaning the carpets and the living area. I had a broken bathroom lock upon move in and it took more than a month for them to fix it, saying that they use a special lock thats hard to get, but to me its just an ordinary door lock.

Edit: nope, no carpets were steam cleaner. Maybe after I moved out?

Stove/oven broke and was left without one for almost 2 months. Paid rent twice on accident in July when I moved out and it has been 6 months and still have not received a refund, have called and emailed and they will not call or email back.

Writing this while on hold with the office more than three months after moving out in July (it is now November). Not the type to write reviews but this is an experience that has stuck in my mind. Not only did the people showing the models of the apartment lie about amenities, and apartment layouts, saying that x amount of storage was standard, and that all units came with certain layouts (granted there were certain caveats included). But now, after all this time, I have still not received my deposit. This has included many visits to the office and arguments over semantics and misinformation about my "deposit". According to them, my 740 credit score was ineligible for their "no deposit, no first months rent" promotion, thus I needed to put down 750$ and I would need to only pay half rent for the first two months. Now, after moving out, they tell me that the 750 was the last months rent (and half of the first month), and I never should have paid the last month. All of this during hard times has added extra stress, and I'm hoping no one else falls victims to the games this complex plays. ZERO STARS.

It's very tough to judge about apartments of any particular building. There is no central owner of the whole housing. So sometimes building wise rent differs too. In general, leasing system is room wise.
