5The campus is being worked on and some areas are not available. Overall, it is beautiful.
Loved this campus. Beautiful buildings with lots of students walking around or studying in different places designed for it. Great food court and big parking garage. The only problem I had was that I paid for parking with the required app, and I got a ticket anyway. I checked the website, and it looks easy to appeal; fingers crossed.
Lousy experience. Nursing students are required to purchase scrubs from the campus store. I ordered mine in JANUARY and they arrived in APRIL. I had to purchase an emergency set from an off campus shop in addition to the money that I spent on the UM scrubs.
I was never notified of the delay. The manager/service team did not once initiate contact to notify me of the delay. They did the bare minimum by responding to my emails. I followed up numerous times. The manager, Jesus promised to notify me when the scrubs arrived. He did not. The bookstore is for profit and has made no attempts to reconcile the situation.
This is unacceptable for any business but especially for a business that's affiliated with UM and is expected to uphold university standards of timeliness and professional behavior.
Went there with my granddaughter who is evaluating where she wants to go to school. Very impressive shop. They have all kinds of merchandise that is school related. All reasonable quality but also a bit pricey. Glad we stopped in - would do it again.
Absolutely awful. I ordered a $20 shirt for Mother’s Day AND paid for shipping and received a single pen instead! I have emailed them 3 times and called 4 times and have not received any response. I also messaged them through their website and on Facebook but no response either. Now I am trying to send back the pen and get a refund but turns out I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING! It’s ridiculous. Do not order from them unless you live close by and are able to go in store. It’s not worth it.
