I’ve used UM pediatrics for over 20 years for both my kids and I use to love them. Unfortunately, the service from here is below a one star. The people who answers the phone knows NOTHING. It’s like pulling teeth to get an answer. Why am I doing the 5 w’s with your representative? They barely want to work. UM PEDIATRICS -KENDALL please do better.
