I'm a current patient of Dr. Rigueras, I have multiple injuries in my spine with severe pain in different locations of my body making my day to day life very difficult, Dr. Rigueras has been amazing on explaining my injuries, my options and walking me throughout this complicated journey to recovery, he truly cares about your health and maximum recovery, he is also a highly qualified medical surgeon, all he's staff has always been professional and attentive to he's patients needs, even when I had called the office and the Dr. Isn't at that location that day they have send messages to Dr. Rigueras and my needs has been taken care of asap, the dedication and professionalism of the doctor and he's staff makes this practice a very unique and not easy to find medical facility. Thank you Dr. Rigueras and staff for all you have done and continue to do for me and my wife.

Super good, patient, professional doctor gives you the confidence you need. The procedures that have been performed for the Pain that I have had have been completely correct. I recommend it!

My personal experience here is very unpleasant it’s an unprofessional environment the ladies at the front desk is semi nice as soon as they close the door you can hear them talking about you in an distasteful manner and the doctor Puccio is very rude i will honestly never go back there he tried to humiliate me in front of his staff I honestly think he’s a bit racist but that’s just my own personal opinion. He assumed I did drugs cause my husband who is licensed to smoke drove me to my appointment and I guess they smelled smoke but instead of asking me or even drug testing me they chose to humiliate me. Awful terrible experience! And im still in pain! They never helped me!

Dr. Palazzolo is such an amazing doctor. He has such a big heart and he is very passionate about helping his patients to achieve a better quality of life post injury. I can feel it, that he puts himself in your shoes to get a full understanding of everything you are feeling and going through, not just the pain but the stress and anxiety of your situation as well. He is thorough and takes his time with you. Your visit will never feel rushed or superficial. Nothing will be left unaddressed.

I’m a firm believer that you are only as successful as your team is strong. He has a very strong team standing beside him every step of the way. You can feel the energy when you walk through the door. They are all in stride together and that’s what makes their practice so successful.

We appreciate all the hard work you ALL put in to making our unfortunate situations a tiny bit less miserable.

Appointment was set for 8: 30am, they ask that you arrive early I arrived at 8: 05am and sat in my car until 8: 20am and the office was closed. Google says they open at 9: 00am but they set my appointment for 8: 30am and still not open after 8: 30am. Two weeks ago my first initial visit I Went in for nerve damage in leg from a previous surgery and was told it’s just a muscle spasm instead of listening to me. Didn’t even read my paperwork because I still had it in my hand! As I type this I’m still waiting with another one of their patients
