University Square, Tampa FL

This place is terrible. If something is broken they never fix it. The rent is ridiculous for the value. Our air conditioning hasn’t worked in years! This place is a joke

University Square Apts. Is only getting two stars only because of the cheap rent (not anymore), very safe neighborhood and friendly neighbors, and its conveniently located across a huge shopping center and a mall. The buildings may look nice but on the other hand, there is a huge bug problem here that management refuses to do anything about other than send Massey (completely useless) and the last time pest control came over he only sprayed the hardwood floors and was told to stay off of it as well to also keep the dog off of it for at least 30 minutes or so and that was it. We also got blamed by management for the infestation of roaches and they didn't even care to listen or even understand our side of the story as well as pet hair and supposedly bad odor and I sent photos of my unit completely clean and free of damages but of course they already know there are no damages in our apartment at all, they were just concerned about the cleanliness of our unit and I wasn't the only one who had this experience with maintenance/management as well. Yes the apartment is eventually going to get dirty, it happens to all of us not to mention I work a pretty busy schedule and is almost never home, but when I am I always take my garbage out, wipe countertops, furniture, walls down, do the dishes, mop floors, eliminate clutter, vacuum the carpet in the living room and bedroom area, etc. The list can go on and as well as eliminating the roaches the best way I can by setting up roach traps, laying out bleach, killing them on contact and cleaning up their messes, and roach bombing/fogging. Nothing seems to work with that and have reported the roach issue many times before and only had pest control three times in the last three years living there and always pay rent on time or early. We've been very good tenants there and yet they decided to not renew our lease thanks to management. Some people completely have no business working with Elon Management and still come to find out at the end of our current lease that none of these so called reports were ever in our file to begin with. Totally
unprofessional business, Elon Management please do a better job next time and be careful who you hire.

Súper peaceful I love how there’s university apartments for the students and I love how you can see the roads and cars passing by it’s super cool these apartments and I love how they have lots of stores like 20 seconds from where my dad lives it’s super nice here and I recommend to live here 9/10 experience management is good
