UNO Pizzeria & Grill, Orlando FL

Couldn’t tell you how anything was because at 6: 00pm on a Wednesday night, with 3 tables in the building, they were unable to seat us on the patio for at least 15 minutes. This place was an absolute ghost town. The reason for the wait? They only had one bartender working and he already had 3 tables. Wild, considering there were 2 hosts.

Looks like this place could use a solid management team as the manager was the one who gave me such a ridiculous excuse. Do better, you’re on International Drive.

The food was amazing and the service was excellent they just bring you drinks when you are almost done I highly recommend

Don't sleep on this place. The food was hot and the service was top notch. The Manager gave us such great customer service that I will make sure I hit this place up every time I visit Orlando.

I. I love the sauce, tomatoes at their peak, very ripe and the sangria excellent, cordial and friendly treatment, I speak very little English, but the person who served me was patient hahahaha. Thank you.

We were served by a lovely lady called Linda who was very friendly and welcoming. The food was good and arrived fast. Great service nice place and a great food too:)

Phenomenal food! My fiance and I came in during lunch time and tried out their lunch menu items. For a good price, we got a rich French Onion soup and an individual deep dish combo, and he got a pasta and salad combination. Everything was delicious and the service was great. It was also quiet because we came in during a week day in the middle of the day.

Such kind staff. Amazing pizzas (I suggest trying it, a friend didn't get their own so I gave them a slice of mine and they kept saying how much they regretted not getting the pizza). The atmosphere is very kind and welcoming.

It was the first time I had gone to Uno's after a long time. Most have closed near me but was in the area and tried this one. The pizza was still as I remembered. I love the deep dish pizza. I ordered the side salad and was disappointed that they are no longer making their croutons from their pizza crust. I don't know if they have moved away from that at all locations or just this one.

How unfortunate is this unforsaken restaurant is operating. My husband went in to get our family a pizza and a margarita for me. A server who should not be in back behind the bar, with her tattoos. I've got tattoos also. Unfortunately for her. When you work at a business. Which is paying you. And better yet the customers are paying you more. Cannot believe this is how are Americans treat anyone or yet a Navy Seal. Run away from this unacceptable establishment.

I tried this restaurant in northern Virginia it did not disappoint great food great excellent wonderful Pizza the pizza came out hot staff was very informative nice I love this place I highly recommend and I'll definitely go back again and again and again

UNO is a casual dining experience with Chicago style deep dish pizza. We ordered a medium pizza and it easily feed me and my husband and we had enough leftovers for another person.

Kids enjoyed their kids menu choices and highly recommend the spaghetti with giant meatball and the Chix and Sticks platter.

Hostess was polite and very cheerful. Waiter was very pleasant- will return to this location.

Nice place for cold drinks and nice food, went here twice and food was nice both times, staff could be a little more attentive as the mains came out when we had just gotten our starters both times which interrupted our starters and mains were going cold, other than that would go again

Ordered takeout from this location. There was a special for 29.99 for 2 deep dish individual pizzas with Caesar salad + 2 drinks

The pizza was delicious and fresh! The dough was perfectly cooked The salad dressing was yummy as well.

Take out staff was friendly as well.

Def recommend this spot if you're looking for a tasty deep dish pizza.

Personal deep dish pizza was delivered soggy and unsavory. Was sad to have this experience with this chain as I have had so many great experiences with Uno's.

Standard Unos food, pretty consistent and delicious in their pizza, wings etc. Service is ok, although the younger hostess could use a bit more training in properly getting and welcoming staff. I would definitely recommend Unos if you're in the mood for pizza while in the area checking out the sights. My only minor peeve is a 2% fee access for using a bank card to pay for the bill. It's outlined in the menu. This is a fee should already be Incorporated in the pricing if added at all and the pricing is already significantly over priced. This just comes off as like corporate pick pocketing of patrons to
help make up for their quarterly earnings drops.

Sara W.our server was extremely pleasant and provided excellent service also very friendly nice and fun! The deep dish Chicago pizza was great we were here in Orlando on Vacation and if we lived here we will coming back frequently. Sara is a great asset to your restaurant!
