My first time visiting Upper line. Very professional and showed genuine concern, did testing before just giving meds, very impressed

Very rude and dismissive doctor; cruel, uncaring, unkind not concerned with going over the multiple findings. Never recommended a wheelchair and then told me it was my fault for walking and verbally abusive when I questioned recovery. Surprisingly insensitive Dr. Milliron owes me an apology. A Upperline does not deserve payment.

Booking an appointment online was very easy and I didn't have to wait months to be seen. Completing the new patient paperwork online was simple. Check in with Kim at the front desk was efficient and she is very pleasant. I basically didn't have to wait at all. The medical assistant Arianna was kind and kept things moving forward at a great pace. Dr. Sullivan was young, knowledgeable, a keen listener and willing to help. We formulated a reasonable care plan together. All in all it was a great first visit.

Extremely kind and gentle with my foot procedure. His nurse and receptionist were also the best!

Dr sullivan treated my husband who has dementia. He is knowledgeable, patient and caring. Happy to have found such a wonderful podiatrist. Impressed with Kim at front desk and Dr's assistant too.

I do not like doing surveys at all, but when I walked in the door and I met Kim, she was wonderful. I really liked her a lot and the rest of the experience was OK and they seem truly concerned unlike my last experience with the place I was before that so I am truly grateful for what they are doing for me.

The staff us very friendly and courteous and helpful. The doctor I was very pleased with explain to me about the problems that I was having and how take care of that problem and he was also very courteous and helpful I recommend upper line Foot and Ankle.

The worst most unprofessional office practice I have ever experienced. Dr Hayasai at the Palm Coast office isn't even board certified. Then they send you off to third party locations for pre-op appointments, most are out of network so I would incur all the costs.
Then they refused to send my x-rays I paid for to my new provider months after I requested and made numerous calls. Avoid this practice at all costs.

The staff was courteous and friendly.
Dr. Jonathan Sullivan was very knowledgeable, skillful and comprehensive in his care.

Outstanding patient care. The saw me within a week of calling for a much needed appointment. Dr Sullivan listened and took great care of my foot issue. Thankful to have found these folks.
