You guys are terrible. If I'd known you had no intention of helping me I would've gone elsewhere immediately and not waited 7 months.
Paid big $$ for a pool cage a few years ago. Had some damage after Ian, a few panels and a few damaged purlins. I called the Monday after Ian, spoke with a nice lady to schedule repairs, she acknowledged I was one of the first callers as soon as phones were up. Said it may take a month or so for repairs, I understood. A month later silence, I called several times, finally an answer. Was told still on the list, Just need another month. Uhh, okay, I kinda was one of the first callers but okay. Another month, silence. Multiple phone calls, multiple msgs. Finally a response. We're very busy, may take a month. What? Ok, another month. Silence. This time no response, no return calls. Left many msgs, no response. Sent emails, no response. Emailed the GM. Got a response saying very busy, has other customers. Could be several months. PATHETIC. I tried keeping my business with you, as you were the original installer. If I'd known you had no intention of helping me I would've gone elsewhere immediately and not waited almost 6 months. AWFUL customer service, don't care about their customers at all.

Great screen, solid design, professional, neat crew. Only issue was pre-job scheduling and communication as some other reviewers have noted.

I know we can make this a 5, just call us back as we've been on your schedule for 6 months and have called repeatedly and been patient. We have a quick repair that I will help you do fast as we are selling our house. Thank you.
