We went to pick up a package at this address, the driver in charge of the delivery did not return the next day as they always do to have the customer sign the UPS paper authorizing it to be left at the door, when we arrived at CVS where this UPS branch is located, no They knew where the package was, at our insistence, because the driver wrote on the delivery paper where we should pick it up, they reluctantly began to check, they called the manager and, annoyed, he did not want to look and told us that the truck had not come yet, we went then to a UPS office and there they told us that it should be there, we went back again and this manager, rudely and without any respect towards my wife and me, threw us out of the pharmacy, they should have more professional people in front, everything would have been solved with a little more kindness and education.

Do not get anything printed here, they rip you off for $3.00! Yet down the road, the UPS store across from Regency charge's $1.60. These places are independently owned, but wow, that does look bad for UPS, nothing like price gouging during a recession for I can print a shipping label and try to make a little extra food money, and this AFTER I buy a UPS shipping label, if you buy a label from them, they should print it for free OR START USING QR CODES LIKE EBAY! Can we stop printing already? My printer broke, i hardly use it! Let's get into the digital age already, QR codes people!
