The drop off access point was very simple, ab associate up front helped me right away and it took less than five minutes!
Dso not use this service! UPS is already the worst service and the manager there so rude please don’t go there.
Dso not use this service! UPS is already the worst service you could possibly use and expect nothing but delays or lost packages if you use one of these access points locations. I payed for next day air service, dropped the package off on Thursday night, UPS didn't update the tracking until 24 hours later saying that they just received the package and it is delayed and will update when there is more information. USPS first class shipping was a third of the cost of next day air that I selected and would have been delivered before UPS and there wouldn't have been any drama. Never again will I use UPS or any of it services!
