Excellent customer service from employee Carlin. I sent back clothing I ordered due to a double order. I unfortunately didn’t save my receipt. The company I ordered the clothing from said they did not receive it. I called ups and Carlin took the time called me back immediately and gave me every detail needed to call back the company and I received a full refund of over $100. He is the true meaning of excellent customer service which doesn’t exist much today. I am very grateful for all his efforts. Thank you so much Carlin A+
