UPS Customer Center, Lakeland FL

They were really great I went there personally to pick up a package so they wouldn’t leave it at my front door because if it was something I would’ve been stolen by my neighbors the person that took care of us was terrific they got a package for it help me load it in my car they are awesome keep up the good work

Our order was delayed by a day. Ok.it happens. The next day we get an email with the ability to track the truck. I watch it as it goes from one community to the next, then repeated the route over the 4 hours I watched. Finally we see on the virtual map that it is stopped at the Walgreens literally less than 1/4 mile from our house. We were sure we would be next! It sat there for 30 minutes, then drove right past our community and returned to the UPS Distribution center in the next county! Where's our package? Supposedly it was on the truck.why was it not delivered? So frustrating.

The customer service people inside the store were really nice and friendly. They did an awesome job setting up a meet up with the UPS driver to pick up my missed delivery package. Kudos!

Rescheduled a delivery for a certain day, and it did not come, had a delivery date and time window. Now package is not here and app says no delivery information available when I track it. Live customer service closed due to Covid 19. How does every other company the size of UPS still have a customer service line, even if they are working from home, but UPS does not. This is an essential business.

Be warned about this facility!

So a package my wife ordered for my birthday said it was delivered at 11 am to a certain J Rodriguez. There is not a J Rodriguez person that lives at my house. When I filed the report they told me a person driving a white sedan approached the delivery truck and asked the driver if he had a package for my address. The driver told this stranger that he did and proceed to give this random person a package that requires a signature. The name on the box is not even close to a J Rodriguez. These people either straight out stole my package or delivered it to the wrong address and refused to admit they messed up.

I just had the rudest delivery driver ever! He walked steadily past 2 females in the driveway and wouldn't answer one of them when they asked "Who was the package for? " And told her, "I don't look at the name just the address " Then told the 2nd female when she asked him again Who it was for that "It is from Home Depot so it was for a man, why would he answer! " Are you kidding me! He was a young man to top it off! Guess someone raised him different?

After calling customer service to verify that they have all necessary packing materials and boxes for shipping, and was confirmed that they do, when I got there the person behind the desk told me that they only ship and have no packing materials for sale. I wasted 1 hr of my day, and ended up going to the local post office, where they had everything. I should have gone there first!

Been to this dropoff 3 times in one week for amazon upc return service and 2 of 3 times there was no one to man the door during operating hours. Sadly we will now be driving across town to do our business.

This is the sorriest delivery service ever. I have lived at same location since 2004. I have never had problems with deliveries from Fedex, USPS or UPS until October and now UPS can't get to my address. New driver? There's no way to speak to anyone local. 800 number goes directly to Phillipines. The guy in Philipines keeps saying I will have someone call you within an hour and it never happens. Lakeland office is 40 miles from my house. I tried to give directions to have package left at UPS in Zephyrhills and no one will take info. Barbara King

Can never get a package delivered out of Lakeland when it is scheduled. Always at least a day late.

Been going there for years. Always good place to go for mailing your packages. Before you go check their hours.

My apt shares a large mailbox and everyone's mail is mixed together, ups dis not deliver my package because my apt. Number was missing but everyones mail goes in one mail box so it shouldn't matter and did attempt to contact me, I even paid 15 expedition and sti no call, so I'm just waiting and waiting

Great service center. I have delivered items to be shipped there more than a dozen times over the years. I have only waited a few minutes. Every customer service member has been very friendly, fast and efficient. They seem to be happy to be there and it shows!

Nice fast but there road to get there needs work. Ad about flipped my car over repave it please. Also help desk is a bit outdated

Delivery driver lied and said they attempted delivery of my 6 packages but left no attempted delivery notice. Along side not leaving a notice I have a motion activated door bell that begins recording the moment motion is detected outside my door and begins recording as soon as the bell is physically rang. They never rang the doorbell and I was sitting right by the front door. Also when my door bell is pressed it calls my phone and gives me a live feed of what's happening at my door. I can even talk to them via intercom using the door bell. The person was just lazy and didn't feel like dropping my bought and paid for packages off. I hate lazy people who lie and don't want to do the job they are being paid to do! If you don't like your job and aren't going to do it to the best of your ability than quit! I don't appreciate anyone playing around with anything that I've spent good money on because they didn't feel like coming up the one flight of stairs. Wack!

Closest location to my house. All other ups locations are a good 20 mins away. This one is just down the road. We tried dropping off my Amazon returns and they said this location does not accept them. Very disappointed. I don't have a closer ups store or I'd go somewhere else. Seems they don't have any shipping here at all!

I only go to see the beautiful woman behind the counter. Hopefully, I am wearing her down and she will finally have dinner with me. Beside that quick in and out. Never a problem.

After driving there and being told my package was there and then found out it wasn't. Got the run around the whole time. Even when you get a name no one knows what the other person is doing.
