My boyfriend shipped his computer down to Florida from where he was living because he was moving in with me and he couldn't fit it in his luggage on the plane. The box was brand new when he shipped it, but by he time it arrived it was so badly beaten and damaged it was practically falling apart, and the computer on the inside that was secured with bubble wrap and foam was annihilated. Any glass was turned to dust, the steel frame of the computer was bent and completely broken. The monitor was shattered and torn apart.

And then we make a claim and they won't even respond to us even though he had insurance. We can't get through to anyone about it and the computer was worth $1700. Absolutely horrid, never ship using UPS if you value what you're shipping.

There are a joke and don't waste your time at that UPS place. I had a package that didn't need UPS Freight, but they said it has to go by UPS Freight and they would not take the package and it would not call or hold package for UPS Freight. I was told to go to the UPS Store and where they wanted to charge me $50 to make the call for UPS Freight. What a joke. I don't know who's worse UPS or FedEx

The MIKE DODD must have been a delusion for my HAZMAT emergency contact and I tried to contact him for help in 2015 before I was disabled. This is good Occupational therapy for my memory that was lost. I’m trying to remember accurately. Occupational therapy is Good exercise for my brain after being released from intensive care unit, admitted Unconscious. You nerves are like energy. The more they are stimulated the more feeling returns. Like my Axillary nerve in my arm.it was A rare injury.

I was so thankful UPS upper management approved mento do the Federal work - Ed program for U S Department of state and U S Department of transportation program in 1994 after my HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA in Tenth grade. I was not 18 and an insurance liability and UPPER MANAGEMENT approved me to work under the liability of a Temp staffing company.
To earn my DOT PhD Royal 1996 Carnegie peace endowment Doctrine Active Desert Storm war. My HUB manager Phil who got it approved later died from brain cancer. Frank Buck used to come in and open packages once and a while to look for Drugs with Charles P cover driver. I was certified to check packages.the SEMI drivers used to get my signature before leaving the HUN to go to the INTERANTIONAL AIRPORT during peace negotiations.

I earned my First $ 5700 scholarship by measuring oversized packages and charging the difference from Weight to take the CFR 49 And pass 100%. I brought the income in first.
And accomplished world peace before the World Wide Web. 1994-1996 Thanks to my Supervisor who saw my potential Tuesday. She told me you are have DOT PhD Royal and do not EVER Let ANYONE tell you different.

Bio terrorists are telling me Lobotomies are LEGAL for a Higher education than them. Sorry for my higher education?
They broke my elbow and took me to court for Delusions of a higher education than them after asking me “ what is US DOT? “

UPS has become a joke. Deliveries are hit and miss. The delivery time is more of a suggestion not a mark. Trying to find out what happened to your delivery is a joke. You speak to someone who is obviously off shore, does not even know the time zones. I saw the driver drive by my house so I called, kept being assured the package will be delivered by 8pm. Of course it wasn't, so I called back they kept assuring me that someone would call back within an hour. They never did. So they said go down tonight to the Kirby center and pick it up, I did and they were closed. They said pick it up there tomorrow (Saturday), and the signs obviously said they were closed Sat/Sun. There is no customer support, its basically lip service. Package tracking has become a joke. FedEX or even USPS beat UPS hands down. Once Amazon has their logistics company ready, that will be the way to go. But I would highly recommend all shippers stop using UPS. If it absolutely positively has to be there, STAY AWAY from UPS! Which is sad, they used to be a great company with high standards.

Don't expect to get your packages very quick. With these guys i i have packages come as late as 10pm at night. I NEVER get them early even if they have been out since 8am with my stuff.

I was making a delivery at a home depot and had been sitting almost a hour when a UPS driver skipped in front of me as I was about to back into a door. I went in to talk to the driver and was call a f**k ni**a and a broke a** ni**a by the drive. Call customer service because there is no other number to call to report things. Was told I would get a call back, of course never happened. Then I called the next day and was basically brushed off. Definitely speaks volume

The management at this place is incompetent, whoever the manager is should be fired. UPS lied to me about the delivery of my package. They then lied to me about making an arrangement with me about changing how it was delivered (no such thing was ever told to me). And apparently, my package was stuck in the distribution center and another driver used some other employee's initials to sign off my package causing it to be completely misplaced in the UPS office. I couldn't be more disappointed with UPS (now the 3rd time a similarly frustrating incident) and I will never ship with UPS again.

We where are out of town for the Fourth of July tweak and my package had already arrived to our home but of course need a signature I called UPS customer service line and I spoke to two different agents until one of them was willing to help me so that UPS shipping and receiving Center can hold important package they said it will give us a call on a Thursday and a guy named Nate called left a message on my phone and then I called back aunt this person was so great help me out he said he will keep the package there until we get back to town but I shouldn't worry about it and that he understood why the package needed to be picked up and instead of redelivery I am so grateful because he really helped me out. My son was so happy to have that package in meant the world to him and even when we picked it up the lady at the counter to help us out whas wonderful and helpful

I have mixed results with customer service here, maybe based on how busy they are. Today the person who helped me went way above and beyond to ensure my package got shipped properly and for the most reasonable fee. She even supplied a box, cut it to size and packed it for me. This was a service I didn't request or expect, but it sure was nice and saved me a lot of trouble.

I order some items on Dec 22nd paid for 2 day shipping, was supposed to receive them on Dec 27th, they received and scanned them in store at 421am Dec 27th, then at 422am dec 27th without my consent did this "the delivery of your package has been rescheduled based on your shipment instructions for the carrier" then threw it in the back of a truck for delivery Jan 2nd and won't be able to retrieve for the truck was already packed, I know this because it is what one of the warehouse employees that worked hard to help me figure out where it is.

I do have to say the employees in the afternoon were very helpful and worked very hard to figure this out, but what the early morning employees/employee did is completely unacceptable and very unprofessional.

I get my shipments always held at the customer center cause I get off work late and I usually swing by in my lunch hour to pick my packages up and I'm in and out in an average of 10 minutes, never issues and they are always helpful

I pick-up my packages regularly there. They know me and usually know how many packes I have to pick-up before I tell them.
