World'worst.automated voice eihher misses numbers or can't let you speak to a live person. UPS dropped off large food package-left it in a wet garden area! Ruined some of the items. Driver did not nock on my door.left package outside of screen door.didn't care. Am disabled vet (WWII) andhe ruined my evening meal and Tomorow's. Now what? Where is your executive office

3 people serving and still a line, they need a “drop off only” counter, out of the 7 people waiting 3 were drop off. C’mon guys, it ain't rocket science.

I’m not quite sure why this “customer service center” exists - you are only connected with the automated system that will not transfer you to anyone directly. All the while, my package (containing perishables) is sitting at some facility because UPS cannot find my address even though they have delivered here before.

Really can't rate yet, trying to find out if an undeliverable package has come back to ups store. The store I shipped from never answers the phone and voice-mail is full. I'm the shopper but no tracking number

Must sign for package? Take a day off work AND UPS never showed but claimed they did on the website. Lazy. Your supervisors need to transfer Illinois or some other loser state where laziness is a virtue. A fish rots from the head. Your fish is rotting. Fix it UPS.
Other reviews are similar to mine with similar “apologies” offered. Empty. You’ve been earning low marks for the same laziness for a long time now. Nothing changes. So, I shall kick this up the chain of command. Maybe the headquarters staff will fix this. Ocala I hope you understand that we pay you for a service and you do not uphold your end of the contract.

Worst customer service, carrier service ever packages most of the time never get delivered but coded as if they were I dropped a package of with a delivery driver at the cvs in bellview fl at 1151 am on 2/18 he assured me he would scan it in he took the package and tracking never updated but he took the package I was able to get his truck number 513742 but yet to get a update on my package he most likely kept the items in the package for his own personal good there is alot of dishonest ups workers him being one

Pam, the Assistant manager did an excellent job fixing my league card that had issues for 2 weeks and she was able to detect and fix my information in the system properly, since others were unable to find me with my card, phone, or name! She is a very hard dedicated employee that solves problems and enjoys making customers happy. Kudos to her. Always greeting us with a smile on her face.

The guy in front desk is great. Its very tricky to find the door for customer. But so far happy
