15My package wasn't delivered as it required a signature, tracked my package to this location and got received it promptly due to good customer service
The people at the center are nice, the drivers are nice, and they work incredibly hard. They are working hard because UPS is an absolute disaster in terms of technology and management. A signature required package; First the package delivery date was Thursday, magically it was Monday, now I am stuck all day waiting for it Tuesday. The package previous to this was supposed to be dropped off in a local store; guess what it was dropped (after being abused) in the Sarasota Customer Center. That is it.beyond my orders from Amazon, I cannot use these folks for shipping stuff. Oh snap, they actually have competitors in the form of Amazon, USPS, and Fedx. Its time for an exec at UPS to wake up.
Expect semi-rude dismissive employees who obviously give zero cares about customers. I didn't expect much, but walked out surprised by the total lack of common courtesy.
This is what was left by my door a few moments ago.
Way to go UPS for shifting a delivery problem on the recipient, rather than the driver starting up a claim for damages.

Told me I could pick up my package on Monday just got a notification that my package was being sent back to sender. It was $20 for over night shipping I won't be getting back because or these incompetent employees. Shipped through FedEx this time around and worked perfectly.
Telephone robot seems designed to be useless. Website is just as bad. How are you still in business?

Tom is the most patient person I’ve ever dealt with at a UPS location. I had a very interesting situation with sending a package overseas and he was super super helpful and deserves a raise.
Package was not delivered because I was not there even though the sender did not require for some one to be there to drop off.
Usually pretty quick, clean, friendly, reasonable hours and has had my packages every time so far!
What is wrong with you people? You leave my packages IN MY YARD near the road (rain or shine) not even at my front porch. I received a Mother’s Day package of chocolates at 9pm in the yard and the raccoons got into it overnight. Your drivers are so lazy to not even walk packages up to the door.
UPS claims that my address don’t exist so they’ll label it undeliverable, return to sender or merchant and I am left with return fee all the time. Unfortunately I won’t know what delivery service the merchant use until
They shipped the items bought. So, here I am
left with no option but to pay UPS 7.99 fee to
pick up package that most of the time I paid for shipping already. The UPS here is either lazy or just don’t care.
Supremely helpful staff and the best UPS center I've ever visited. I can't thank them enough for helping me with a delivery issue. Thank you Mandy and the two men at the front desk who assisted us with our issue and made sure we were very satisfied.
Very competent and helpful people! I came in late and with little hope for help but they moved mountains to get me to my package in time!

Pet friendly, last call @7pm, much later than the average UPS store, plenty of parking, very easy access, they also take Amazon returns, other services include coffee bar and spa (jk), maybe soon but still, can't beat that.
