UPS Customer Center, Port Charlotte FL

I had a problem with the delivery and I talked with Debbie at the UPS customer care center she fixed everything for me she was very very nice

Went to do Amazon return and asked a few question. I would have had more resolution dealing with an automated system than an employee. Rude and kept referring me to call Amazon. If you don’t want to work stay home.

Honestly I believe the ladies in the office that handled my dilemma all the way til the point of me picking it up deserve 5 stars and another 5 for after that cause they were 2 mins til closing and instead of shutting the door over as they seen me run up they opened it back all the way up and brought me in after driving about 45 mins to pick the package of door stoppers that one of my property management companies I work for wanted on the new condo doors

I rarely write a negative review. UPS delivered this to my neighbor at 310A vs me at 310B as the package is addressed. The mailbox right next to our door clearly shows the address. The neighbor was not home and the box was easily a target for porch pirates as her door stoop is about 12 feet from the road. The box looks unimpressive the contents inside the box cost me $1,679.90. I fortunately logged on to check my tracking to find a package delivered notification. I went to the front to find my purchase at the wrong home. How in the heck would I have explained this to the artist that created the piece inside the box? UPS IF YOU CARE TO DISPUTE THIS SHOW ME THE PICTURE OF IT ON MY DOOR STEP.and GO. PS THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME

I just want to track/pick up a package. No information regarding hours. It's impossible to talk to a human. Automated system is useless.

Our local UPS drivers are exceptional here in Port Charlotte, FL. Especially SAL!
We've never encountered a driver with so much care and professionalism with his job. Sal is a true asset to the UPS corporation! He takes great pride in his delivery service and the customer service to his homeowners. Thank you, Sal for your excellence! We truly appreciate all you do.

Ran over and killed our dog while it was playing with my kids. Driver did not bother to stop. Contacted the location manager and he never called me back. They did not even apologize for killing our dog.

Would give a zero if I could. Still don’t have my package! Tracking said it sat in port Charlotte for 2 days. Then off the Minneapolis! Why? !? So no one can find my package? !? Im sure someone is enjoying the item I never got! Can’t wait for the long claim hassle I’ll have to go thru! Terrible service!
