Every time We have a delivery from this distribution center, they never deliver. My sister who is disabled lives in a multistory building with security and other people in the lobby. Amazon, fedex, usps deliver without any problem. UPS Hialeah don't even try. With so many bad reviews, is about time for UPS to close this facility and fire all this incompetent and dishonest people.

They were very helpful and diligent about finding my item. I didn't get the two gentlemen names but I appreciate their professionalism and patience!

They don’t knock at your door and lie saying your package is available for pick up when it’s not. Terrible customer service just support usps

What a joke this place is.how can you not "find" a package? Isn't that your job? Then act like its not your problem like you don't get paid to work here. I believe someone is stealing packages within UPS

Horrible customer service when you call the 800 number. Drivers at this location are stealing customer iPhones. It seems to be a trend at the location and an investigation is needed. Was tracking phone on my choice ups app and when the driver gets to my house delivers a package from 3 blocks down. I confronted the driver and he stated I can check his truck. The app was stating phone was on truck. This driver clearly knew what he was doing. When into the facility to collect package the next day and facility was very helpful but informed me package was not there. Staff also told me that many iPhones have gone missing from this facility. I am now without my package and my business is suffering due to this. No support or help from UPS. UPS needs to do better. Very upset and if I could rate 0 stars I would

The employees are very rude! The security is very rude in a bullying way! COVID is not good enough excuse to be closed during business hours! This is not the way you should treat customers!

Driver stole package. Picked up and when we asked about two days later, said to file a claim and was rude. Then said he remembered picking it up and then told us that we do not scan packages anymore. UPS is trying to save money by stealing product.

This carrier is the worst carrier to ever use. They deliberately do not have a customer service number that can assist and the number hey do have is obviously outsourced so they respond like robots. UPS, hurry up and go out of business already so the carriers who do care about their customers can handle the job.

Sat here waiting for my package and the lazy person left the note on the gate that they missed me.this clearly showed that person didn’t even walk to the door to knock. If so I would have my package right now.

Worst delivery company in the entire world. Delivery drivers steal packages, don’t deliver packages ignoring notes and ignore info notice since they do not care. I rather stop buying online if I need to keep dealing with UPS.

The Hialeah location has the absolute worst service ever. Whenever I expect packages from this location, the package is either late, tampered with, or “lost”. I never have this problem with FedEx deliveries. I have filed a complaint and I will be doing everything I possible can to initiate an investigation with this location. I have been experiencing this problem for years and ONLY with the Hialeah location. Enough is enough!

Absolute worse service in AMERICA! The fake supervisor CARLA is an absolute liar and couldn’t explain why her and her drivers don’t follow directions. I absolutely love fed ex and wish they were handling my package at this point. Will be calling the company as well to complain and get a refund on shipping.

Wish there was a no star. WORSE CSR ever. The CSR supervisor at the Hialeah location is in dire need of training. Overall they are all clueless. RECOMMENDATION: Please do an extensive, in-depth Customer Relation training to all staff, you might get a better outcome.
NB: Hope I don't ever have to use UPS again. Ridiculous

People please remember to bring an ID that matches the name and address on your package. I see it's a common issue.

UPS driver failed to deliver my package. Forgot it in his truck, returned it to the distribution center and marked it as "Delivery Refused". This is the kind of nonsense I expect from the Postal Service.

There is no communication between the buildings and the main center. You’ll be waiting 45 minutes or more just to pick up your packages. Really surprised UPS is still working like they’re in the stone ages- with zero communication between centers. Seriously shouldn’t be taking so long to pick up boxes. Get it together UPS

Never had a Problem the Few times I've came here throughout the Years for Packages Ect. The Workers are Always Helpful and Quick which is a Big Bonus. Like Lasts Week I went there with a Few Quest? Ons and This Young Beautiful Ebony Queen Working the Line on the Right (Not the Window) Helped me with Everything, Even on the Next day when I had to Come back (She Remembered Me and was Ready to Help)

UPS doesn't want to deliver to USPS P. O. Box but does accept the packages addressed to those. And later, they "correct" the delivery address they agreed and contracted to deliver to with something off their "old records".
Needless to say, most of the time the delivery is at the very least inconvenient, and in others - as good as thrown into a trash.
Luckily, there is 800-number you can call and request NOT to deliver (if you experienced already and lucky enough to catch UPS "in process of correcting your address"). But most of the time, it is just "on the vehicle" from which point you are screwed!
I called today to request the package to be held at Hollywood, FL location. Been told that the location will call me back to confirm the hold. They called, said that they don't have the package and that I need to call 800-number again to request it to be transferred to them.
Second call, resulted in another call back, this time from Hialeah location, in which a very rude female just told me that they don't have the package and won't be able to do anything with it. There were many other words but those didn't change the fact that I was left in limbo.
So, I called at the ed of the day for the third time 800-number just to be "explained" for the second time today that UPS doesn't deliver to USPS P. O. Box because their "addresses cannot be verified (!). And for the question "why my package is not being transferred to Hollywood location as I requested already twice today" and "why I again see in the website tracking information that it will be re-delivered tomorrow to the address UPS decided to choose for me" - the answer was that they will send yet another request to Hialeah to hold my package; hopefully someone there will pay attention to it.
I declared that I will not be going to Hialeah location after the treatment given to me in my phone conversation with their "representative" - and the guy over the phone said that then they will just return the package to the sender. Fine! Return it! NEVER MORE UPS!

If i could if it no stars I would! Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life at any place! These workers act like they hate their life working there! It’s horrible never will I ever go to this location I again. While I was there waiting for them to “find” my package. 3 other people at 3 different times came in and they treated those people so bad they started aguring with employees! It was a horrible experience! Ups needs to fix this ASAP!
